I have always been a little skeptical of these robot vacuums. How good can they really be? Well let me say I have been blown away with how well it works. It goes from carpet to wood floors with no problem and it leaves lines in my carpet. It works so well. I want another one!

I love everything about the Roomba vacuum but the sensibility of when you press or it presses against the wall should stop a lot sooner a good stuck under my couches every day and I hate that besides that it does a great job vacuuming the whole entire house 4800 ft²

In terms of vacuuming, it did a great job and rarely left things behind. If it sucked up a cord or got caught on a rug, it managed to back up and reverse until it was free. But the “smart” features aren’t that smart. It literally bangs around into objects. Sometimes it will slow down before it hits a wall, but it will run full speed into doors and table/chair legs. It doesn’t sound like that big of a deal, but it hit them hard and caused noticeable dents and scuffs on the front of the robot. The dust bin also thinks it’s full constantly, even when it’s just been emptied. But the good news is there’s a fix—just buy the self-empty bin version for only $200+ more!

The mapping system for you to choose what area you want cleaned is perfect. Being able to set it to clean from my phone while I am out is very convenient. I did have a couple of issues with not finding the home base but it’s an easy fix and has been perfect ever since. I highly recommend

I have four pets, a beard, and a long-haired roommate. Needless to say, my apartment was never totally clean before this. After buying this Roomba I finally feel clean floors again. It is a wonderful machine that I don't know how I lived without before.

Works very well, very happy with our purchase. We use it several times a week and never have to vacuum, and the app now features keep out zones to setup on the smart map so the roomba doesn’t go to areas of the house you don’t want it to. It may be expensive but it’s been well worth it.

This is my first Robot Vacuum. I was hesitant at first but after almost a month doing some research, I decided to go with this model. Easily cleans uneven surfaces and it is very convenient when you are not at home. I can say Rosita is now part of the family

Replaced my 10 yr old Roomba. Wife is over the moon. That’s enough for me. App is great. Kids are fighting over it to keep their rooms clean and the dog still views it as an interloper, but it beats hauling the Dyson around the house.

The good The bot works very well, and i love playing around with the zones and schedules to fine tune. The bad The area next to the bot is consistently dirty. Its like it actively chooses to skip that area.

I have had my roomba For 1 month and I love it. I am I unable to vacuum and sweep any more. My daughters have been he!ping when they are able but now they are keeping their distance, as they should. I am glad that I thought of buying the roomba. It's so awesome!

Very high quality product. I purchased this one to work from and wanted something durable, high speed and light so it is easy to carry. So far, it has met all expectations. Great product and would recommend.

My wife loves the way the Roomba cleans our hard floors. She uses it about twice a week and it cleans under chairs and couches. It connects to her phone and can be started before she gets home. It has been very trouble free.

This is such a great product. It cleans better than a conventional vacuum cleaner and reaches places you can't. I wish I had got the auto cleaning bin too. That would make it truly automatic. I love the mapping feature and ability clean selective rooms.

Great vacuum for cleaning when your away or don’t have time. Always use this to vacuum when we are not home gets under furniture and bed very well. Never thought about owning one of these, now I can’t imagine not having one.

Awesome product. Nice addition to the home automation system. I would really stress that you invest in the model that comes with automatic emptying to ensure longevity of product. I purchased it separately and could've asked almost $70.

I love this vacuum. Ive only used the mop one time. I have wood floors, but have area rugs, so i put tape over the sensors so that it will go up on the rugs

Works great! It's perfect to keep the floor clean inbetween big cleanings. My only complaint is that the mapping feature for excluding certain areas didn't work well at first, but seems to be working fine now.

Bought this for the wife for Christmas. We had just gotten new hardwood floors, old vacuum would have damaged the floors. She was nonstop sweeping. Now, she just sets a timed sweep and sits on the couch.

Does a fine job with minimal intervention, but dust bin fills quickly. I've only had since Christmas and one of the rollers is already broken. Replacements are cheap, but for a $700 vacuum they shouldn't be that easily broken.

I was looking for an upgrade for my 6 year old roomba. This model ia amazing. I love that it has sensors and that it give you options to set virtual space dividers. Now I'm able to clean one room at a time without having to use a roomba wall.
