Very good vacuum. Pulls up more dirt from rugs than a dyson. Had some trouble understanding the mapping. Called iRobot customer service and they were very patient and thorough explaining everything.

Since I bought it, the only problem that my roomba has encountered are things along the way because of me, everything else that it does is done as I programmed it, practically you just have to be aware of routine maintenance and it will always work well.

I like the vacuum only it doesn’t have two sweeper arms. The one sweeper at times sweeps items out of its path. Picks it up on the return trip however

It worked pretty good got stuck on one of the rugs in my house which are not very high and that was the reason I got the I seven because my friend’s rug is high that’s what they recommended that she get.

Best helper around the house especially with little kids. Minor flaw: Sometimes it gets disconnected with the phone/wifi coz of updates with ios. Called customer service and they were able to help.

I don't know why I waited so long to purchase this! I have had a few Robot vacuums, and I waited to replace due to cost, This vac was totally worth the stretch! LOVE the control and notifications from phone!

This former flagship of the #1 robot vacuum brand is a dud. After creating a smart map of our small, single level, 3 bedroom home, Tuesday it stopped cleaning my son's room because we moved a table, Wednesday it had an out of memory error, and today it stopped cleaning my daughter's room because we put a beanbag chair in the middle of the floor. It can't figure out obstacles once it creates a map. Out of memory covering a 1700 Sq ft home? Picks up a lot though. Wish it had a larger bin.

Purchased just two weeks ago may be too early to comment. It was quite easy to set up and started working immediately. In the beginning, it was erratic but I cannot complain as it takes times to learn and it is slowly improving.

I just want to say Best Buy Management stinks in Huntsville, Al. You may see me say this many times since we purchased from them many times before and was treated poorly and won’t buy there anymore.

Love this new gadget. Never thought I would cave and buy one, but now that I have it, I don't know how I lived without it. The only negative I have is not waiting for the self-dumping model, but they were all sold out. :(

Cleans both hard wood and area rugs very well. The LOW rating is because it takes almost as long to clean and maintain the Roomba as it would to haul out my vacuum and just do the vacuuming myself. I've had to call customer service and/or reset the machine numerous times. It is definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Good robot. Learning the layout and avoid getting stuck is a plus from previous models. Only problem is the dirt container small so cleaning a large area will requiere to empty it several times.

Very pleasantly surprised with this. I haven’t had to use the real vacuum since I got it, and it cleans so well. It maps out the whole house very well, and scheduled to go off three times a week. Suction is great. Highly recommend.

Overall it works pretty well but has trouble navigating over strips the transition between floor types. This often causes bin disconnects forcing ke to remove and reinstall the bin.

I have had an I7 and an M6 for about 11 months now. About a week ago, the vacuum started vacuuming all the rooms at about a 10 degree angle. See the video attached. The video shows that over the course of less than 10 feet, it moves over a foot to the left , hitting the cabinet. It does this in every room. So the unit is not longer navigating correctly and is missing spots because of this. I have worked with both level 1 and level 2 on the support line you find on iRobot. After a couple days of working with them and sending videos, they tried to tell me the unit is working properly. If you look at all the advertisement for this unit, it uses the camera to uniformly, and work adjust to your environment. Both units have been cleaning parallel and perpendicular to the walls and furniture for 11 months, and now the vacuum cleaning at an angle does show something is wrong. I do love having a robotic vacuum, but iRobot products are not cheap compared to their competitors. If this is how the company treats its customers, then I will have to stop talking iRobot's praises to everyone I know, and sharing my current experience with them, and look at other companies that care about helping their customers when there are problems.

I bought this for my son. He's in a wheelchair and he loves it. It took no time at all for "Robby" to navigate the different rooms. He enjoys keeping his home clean on his own. I may buy one gor myself.

Love it! It runs in rows rather than like a pin ball! It’s gentle on furniture and walls. If the battery runs low, it goes home, recharges and continues where it left off.

Love this robot! It does exactly what it says. When it’s full, it tells you, when the battery is low, it goes home and charges and continues onto finish the job.. it’s great for hardwood floors!!

Just got a big new house and this i7 Roomba has been a savior. Floors are always clean and dusted and when combine with the Bravaa Mop Roomba, the floors are super clean. This is the best thing you can get to help in the house.

I love my new Roomba. The first few days we were emptying the bin quite frequently, but once it mapped out the house and got "caught up" it's less. We have 6 people, 2 dogs, and a cat living in this house and the floors have never been cleaner!
