I heard different experiences regarding roomba. On my part I had a great time using it. Very reliable, my house is always tidy and clean since I got this roomba.

Very easy to set up and use. Love the app and mapping. Con: it doesn’t like dark rooms so it can’t run at night like our old one used to.

I love iRobot. I’ve had a few vacuums. This one is great because it actually gets onto my area rugs & cleans them as well. The ones before this one didn’t.

A good roomba, have since upgraded to the i9 which is more powerful. This is a good vacuum, decent for cleaning and getting over thresholds.

I love the intelligence of this roomba. Cleans amazingly. Not the "best" on deep carpet, but still gets it done. Amazing on hardwood floors.

This robot vacuum is very powerful and does a great job maintaining our tile and carpet floors. Our next purchase will be the self cleaning docking station.

We have three dogs and this runs daily. It keeps the floors clean in between normal vacuuming. The app is amazing and lets you pick and choose what rooms to clean.

Sensors work great around chairs, table & stair’s! My wife is happy that we don’t have to sweep every time. It’s great for picking up cat hair, crumbs, and dust.

Do your research before you go, sales personal not very informative. Basically they just read the ad to you. Great product though.

Quality of cleaning is better than I expected. Very convenient and saves a lot of time. The only downside is Corners- if doesn't pick up all crumbs.

It's a great convenience but have to empty the bin a LOT. I could understand the first few cleanings but after having it for 3 weeks we are still having to empty it too often. One of the problems is that dirt get stuck in the vacuum itself and doesn't even get to the bin. This should not happen. We have to dig the dirt out of the vacuum itself!

I loved this machine the first few months. I clean it regularly, we have animals so my expectation may be high, I thought it would be really good on picking up cat/dog hair, however, it rolls it up and leaves it periodically on carpeted area. I'm disappointed in that component, I love that it smart maps and overall like the item, however, it's not even a year old and I feel like it has already lost some of it's suction power.

The Roomba is an amazing product! It learns quickly, it saves tons of time and it totally works! Charging is minimal though you do need to clean it often. Great purchase.

We’ve had it for a few months now, we loved it so much that we bought one for a family member and they love it as well. Definitely recommend.

Got this for Christmas. It hasn’t figured out the mapping quit yet but I’m sure it will. Lots of fun just watching it. Seems to work well and pick up well

Second roomba. First one lasted 7 years and this one is 100 times better. Much more quiet, leaves carpet lines. And picks up a ton. Now I need the self cleaning bin.

Works great on hard floors. Works ok on carpet. It doesn't always get the cat hair on the carpet. If you don't have pets, it does great on the carpets.

It is a useful tool but too complex to set up. The owner's guide does not have enough information for first time user.
