    Used our warranty but had to upgrade because our previous model was no longer sold at best buy. For it saying it has 5x the suction as other models, I am not impressed. It still leaves tracks of pet hair across the floor even though it is rated to pick up after pets.

    I have 2 large Long haired dogs and several rugs. The brushes on this model are softer than previous models and have to be replaced every 2 weeks. I hope they come out with better replacement brushes, otherwise I wouldn’t spend the money.
