Start making noises after 3 months,battery went after 6 months

All these products were gifts for Christmas my family liked all of the items. My concern was they took longer than you had said.

Worked amazing, UNTIL IT DIDN'T ! Stop picking up after 2 weeks Customer service sent us replacement parts, so we'll see how long it lasts.

The irobot is great when it works. It has trouble connecting properly to the home base that is responsible for charging it.

A product needs to work as advertised. This one didn't work with the app for all the things it was advertised for. If you want a product that works 100% don't buy this one. I'm waiting for another year or so - they still don't have the kinks out and also keep coming up with small incremental changes - aka the "BIN" to offload the dirt etc. collected. If you are going to spend this type of money then the product should work well without any issues.

Not impressed. Ususlly just bounces off the walls and goes over the same area over and over. Not efficient.

Gets the job done if you have pets however we ended up buying a dyson for the heavy duty vacuuming.

Works okay on hard floors, but struggles with rugs and low pile carpeting. Takes a while to map out the floor.

It doesn’t pick up regular sized dirt or debris. I had a Neato prior to this vacuum and the suction was much better.

Not a fan. Small cleaning capacity. Dog hair doesn’t go all the way into the bin. Returned for a Neato

Using the i7, we found that it was great for small areas. We decided to upgrade to the larger iRobot.

Expensive, but does a good job. Chews through rollers fast which aren’t cheap.

I bought this very expensive device hoping it would make vacuuming something I could forget about, but in fact all this device did was damage my carpet and get stuck between the chairs in my dining room, effectively stopping the vacuuming process. It’s when I realized it would've just taken me minutes to vacuum certain areas of my home that I knew this $800 device was not the answer to my vacuuming woes. I have returned it and feel happy that I did. BTW I did open a damage claim with iRobot for my carpet damage but no one has bothered to call me back from that company even after promising they would.

This one gets stuck and almost always requires my attention

Had high hopes. However, I could not get this model to connect to the internet. Never had a problem with my iRobot 960 connecting, but this one wouldn't. Spent 3 hours unsuccessfully with 3 different support techs. Their advanced techs were never readily available and I just gave up.

Too much sound loud sound not recommended why I will recommend?

Worked good for like 2 weeks. Now I just found it dead in random spots in my house when it hasn’t even cleaned. Missed the return date so now gave to deal with support.

In order for us to make it work. We have to remove the carpets. So it takes the fun out of automatic. It ruined a couple of new carpets in our living room. For the price it is not worth it. We use it since we have no option to return now.

About as good as the cheap ones. Wi Fi quit working right after warranty ran out. Doesn't do well on carpet or pick up well. Goes all over the place and takes about 3 or 4 passes to complete a room. Seems kind of dumb.

Not happy with the product and what’s its programmed to do. Battery constantly needs charge after 1-2 of use. We have to move it to different area to get a decent clean.
