Never battery very bad roller very cheap stuff We don’t like it at all

Leaves large clumps of dog hair on floor. Mostly just pushes it from one area to another even when the bin is empty.

Falls down ledges all the time. Very finicky with charging. Bumper sensor broke 2 months before warranty ran out, didn't figure it out till just after warranty ran out, i robot didn't honor it. Piece of crap. I've had 2 off brand robots half the cost of this work better

If you have dogs, pick a different model. This is my second Roomba, totally disappointed and had to return it. The intake is so small, my short hair pitty mix fur clogged it constantly. Never would clean for more than 1/2 hour before it sent itself back to the charging station with an error to empty bin. I traded it in for a cheaper model, with a larger intake and I am much happier.

I am so disappointed with this. they have replaced twice, now I'm taking it back to store. Had this a little over year, worked about 3 months. can't clean a straight line could not make a map of house so I could set up rooms to clean.

Still getting used to it. Lots of programming left to do to use it at its full potential. Somewhat confusing

My 3rd Roomba and this one is junk. Nothing but a pain in the--- Do not buy it. Brought it back and got screwed out of the service plan money and now I will get screwed again.

I charged the battery, downloaded the app, setup an account, added the robot vacuum to the account, and updated the firmware. Then I pressed the clean button... multiple system errors. After a hour on the phone with the help desk, they said to return it for a new one. I'll will try again next year.

So very disappointed with this purchase. New home with a mix of hardwoods and area rugs. Tries 3 times and each time my home was a mess. Spent way too much time cleaning up after the Roomba I7. I think if we had all hardwoods it would have been great but made a mess over the area rugs!!

For how much u spend u think it would be a work horse. After just a few weeks I kept getting brush errors. I cleaned it thoroughly but the errors continued. I returned it after 3 weeks of use.

I've had this vacuum for 9 months, and it's been nonstop issues..missing whole rooms, breaking pieces, dust bin sensor not working so it leaves piles of dirt everywhere. Very frustrating and totally regret buying it.

Died < 3 months after purchase due to unknown causes after light use. Unfortunately out of warranty so no recourse. Steer clear!

Went through setup. Hit clean button. Moved 2 feet, spun in circles for a few seconds and then started flashing red. Had to go through a return through iRobot as this was a Christmas present and outside of BB's return window.

We had to return this Roomba because it stopped working after a few weeks. For the money we spent on the Roomba i7 this issue is unacceptable. We upgraded to the i7+ to see if this one lasts longer.

Weaker and requires more maintenance than early roomba models. A definite step back. Not capable of cleaning up after pets.

I returned this after 2 days. All it did was to turn in circles. Suction was lacking for $700 I would expect it to perform as advertised.

Doesn’t work stops in the middle of the job after two months and I have to physically put it back. Waste of money

Hasn’t been a month and it’s already stopped working. Returning to the store.

Did not pick up, was definitely not a good vacuum and not as described

Doesn't work well on carpet. Will scratch base boards.
