Really smart vacuuming and finding it's way around the room is really cool to watch. Does a good job vacuuming on all surfaces. Although smart, you still have to do quite a bit of leg work to get everything small off the floor so it has it's limitations.

I could never say enough about this vacuum. I am obsessed. I even bought one for my parents. We run it every single day. It is so simple. I am OCD and this gives me peace of mind, knowing that I can watch tv on the couch while my house is being vacuumed!

This roomba is the bomb, the intelligent mapping and pattern sweeping is awesome. We upgraded from an older roomba that would just bounce around until the battery would die. This model just goes about its business sucking up all your dirt. Then empty’s itself, don’t know how we lived without our robot slave.

This thing has been a life-saver. It does a great job cleaning up dust, dirt, and small debris. It's easy to clean and maintain as well. A word of caution: don't set it to a schedule if you have dogs. I've cleaned poop out of this thing a couple of times, and it's not fun.

Love my Roomba. I have been amazed by how much dirt and dust is in the bin each time it vacuums. It has created a map of my home so I can send it out to specific areas when needed. It was easy to set up and to figure out how to dump the bin and clean the rollers.

I was very skeptical at first but ended up being an excellent buy!!! Scans and memorizes each room, thoroughly cleans each in a methodical pattern and returns home on its own to charge. Can be turned on and started from phone which is really convenient too. Great purchase. Really works!!

Ok, so if you’re looking at a getting a Roomba, you should really start your looking at the 960, because that’s where the product line starts room mapping and does a more efficient job at vacuuming your place instead of just ping ponging all over the place. Plus it uses the app to show you where it covered. The 960 is great value for the dollar, however if you can swing the price for the new i7, I’d greatly recommend it. I had both. The room mapping on the i7 is more accurate and you can choose individual rooms to clean from the app instead of constantly having to do the entire place everytime you use it. I love it. I chose the one with out the eptying bin, cause it literally takes two second to empty the mechine.

I thought this was going to be gimmicky, but my wife wanted to try it. After using it for a week, I’m sold. It cleans hardwood and carpet as well as our Dyson and I don’t have to worry about it. I may never have to vacuum again and I couldn’t be happier.

I am really impressed with the mapping it does and the ability to set no-go zones in the app as well as scheduling with the option to choose specific rooms. It also cleans great although it does get a bit confused by small table/chair legs and black trim or furniture.

This is one of my best purchases. It does such a great job cleaning, it does a great job cleaning all the dust & fur. I use it everyday and haven’t had any problems. When battery dies it goes back to its home base and continues where it left off when fully charged.

Has been keeping my floors much cleaner from everything including dog fur and is way smarter and skilled at navigating objects than I expected. I’m a bit concerned the sweeper and rollers are wearing a bit quick, and might need to be replaced often but I haven’t had to yet.

This vacuum is awesome. I love how it goes In straight lines Instead of ping ponging around like the older models. It has no problem finding its charging station either. I love setting the schedule so it runs at a certain time every day. It hurt paying this much but it's worth it. Definitely would recommend :)

We love how the i7 cleans. The app works great and we also use it with Alexa which is a bonus. Since we have a dog and needed to empty the bin quite often we upgraded to the i7+ (7550) and now it just returns to the base, empties itself and resumes cleaning. This is a great time-saver.

It does an excellent job. Has the newer ability to go back and forth in straight lines when in use, doesn't have the curved lines the older models do. Great suction power. Being used in the lower level of the home which has no rugs down, so pretty straight forward usage.

I own the 960, i7 and i7+. I would probably get all i7+ if it wasn’t so expensive. The main advantage to the i7 is that you can program it to just clean certain rooms. It retains your map, vs. 960 that explores each time. It does have a smaller bin than the 960

I purchased the I7 after trying a different maunufacturure. This machine works great. Mapped the whole house. Only thing I don't like is that the bin gets full too fast. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.

I was hesitant to buy a robot vacuum and was confused about which one. I finally, after much research, settled on the i7 partially due to its price and the fact that it was on sale. I am very happy with my purchase. The vacuum is not perfect and often leaves behind rolled-up pieces of hair (I have cats and dogs) but overall I think it does a great job and I can simply pick up the accumulated hair. I love the fact that it goes under the furniture and cleans areas that are hard to clean with a traditional vacuum. I love the mapping feature and have used and mapped 4 different floors. I didn't get the self-emptying bin due to cost but emptying the vacuum is easy and isn't necessary all that often. I have had the vacuum for almost a month and love vacuum so far!

I had the 690 and it seemed to vacuum up better. I do love how you can program to vacuum certain rooms and schedule it to vacuum certain days. Is also neat how you can map where it's vacuumed adjust the Room sizes and control it by the app.

Does a much better job than older models. This one actually vacuums in a back and forth pattern instead of roaming around randomly. I would give it 5 stars if the dirt tank was bigger.

This little robot is awesome! I can't believe it is better than my Dyson, but it is!! Unfortunately, I didn't get the dirt disposal at the same time, I now wish I would have as I have pets and the bin fills quickly. I would highly recommend this Roomba i7.
