I bought it as a Christmas Gift for my brother, he lives in Vietnam. He liked it very much. He said it's very convenient, easy to use, very helpful, clean very well in the floor, on both carpet and wood.

This little robot does a good job of sweeping/vacuuming. I like that it can switch between carpet and tile seamlessly. Does a good job of mapping out the house.

I was skeptical at first about the i7+, but the reviews were good enough to make me try it. The vacuum performs well. The room mapping is by far the best feature to me. Allows you to just have it handle select rooms and it does what it is supposed to do. I would give this a 5 star review, but for some reason it is not doing a great job on my area rug. Other than that ... very satisfied.

Works wonderful. Especially with pet hair. Slightly loud and can get stuck often. But definitely reduces the need for an actual vacuum cleaner.

He cleans well, even the edges, I give him a 9. I still have to dust the floor molding. I guess he can’t reach up that couple of inches. Since I am emptying the machine after each room, I get to see if he picked up an earring or something else important. I kind of like that. I seldom use my big vac anymore. I do pick up or remove items like all cords. Though he can go over them, it does take him a while to do so, the thicker the cord the longer it takes; also the raised heat vents & the kitchen chairs (I have 10 so I set them outside on the deck and on top of the table) I see it as similar to picking up before the maid comes. Yes it takes a few minutes but well worth my effort. It’s still new to me, have yet to experience mtc. Issues.

Absolutely love it!! I had refused to buy a roomba because of the price. This is our 3rd robot vacuum, the 1st was a Debot and the 2nd is a shark. Both were good for their time but this has take everything to a new level. Its bigger than the other but the suction is better. The smart features are amazing, smart enough to actually map the house and can spend it to a specific spot. 2nd best features is virtual walls.

Love to see how it has memorized the blueprint of our upstairs. Crazy to think how much debris our normal vacuum missed. Love that it even cleans under the furniture.

Cleans great. Doesn't get stuck all the time like many people say. The mapping app is cool and works well, very straight forward. Expensive, but totally worth it.

Can believe. Roomba is awesome, work perfect with dog hair and dust, carpets uff great. No complains. You need to clean Roomba after its worked. Easy to clean. Totally recommended.

Very happy with this purchase. The app is super easy to use and the mapping that adapts to the floor plan it makes the work easier.

This little robot is great for keeping one of the floors relatively clean. It doesn't replace dusting, and it doesn't get rid of the need for a large vacuum. But it takes care of the daily/weekly/monthly needs even. Once in a blue moon, we pull out the large vacuum and move the furniture around to clean under it all. And then we'll probably tell this guy to run again anyway. A small spill and I can send it to clean just that one room. Or have it clean for a while before I get home (on demand or scheduled). Wonderful choice! And, should we ever decide to get the tower that comes with the + model, it can be added later.

I originally purchased the Roomba 960 from Costco and from day 1 had lots of issues with it. After 3 days of running the 960 daily I could never get the thing to complete a full cleaning job. Come to find out that the 960 has an inferior and older iAdapt version which does not create or memorize a map of your home. Roomba is very misleading in their marketing and support around this. After doing some research I decided to go with the i7 due to it having the latest iAdapt software and its been a night and day difference. For one, the i7 is just a better designed and more efficient machine. It takes calculated and efficient routes unlike the 960 which wandered our living room like a drunk transient. Second, the i7 is sooo much quieter. It’s so quiet compared to the 960 that on the first day I thought it wasn’t working. Finally, the new iAdapt version solves the issues that previous generations had since it can actually create maps of your home. This means that midway through it’s cleaning when it needs to recharge or empty it’s bin it can continue on where it last left off in order to complete the job. In conclusion, don’t even waste your time with older models just go with the i7 or the s9. You can buy the i7 apart from the clean base to save money and then add the clean base later if you want.

I love that I can select the rooms to clean in the order that I want. It does a great job on wood, tile floors and area rugs. I recently had my housekeeper stop coming because of COVID-19 so I'm cleaning our large home by myself. Buying a Roomba has been a life saver for me. I clean half the house, charge it and then clean the other half. If I'd have known it was this good I would have bought one years ago to keep the house totally dust free in between visits from my housekeeper.

We had a lower model but that did not have mapping and the ability to send the robot to selected rooms. It is amazing what accumulates in the bin after it cleans. It usually has to ask to be emptied before job is completed and it is scheduled 3 days weekly. The price is very expensive in my mind but I guess cleaning crews are also. My main concern will be what happens when it needs repair and when that will be since the warranty is not as long as I would hope for the price. Overall pleased with its cleaning ability.

I frequently tell my husband that this is my favorite purchase ever made. No more dog hair and I doubt have to spend 2+ hours vacuuming my house. Good for carpet, wood, and linoleum.

I purchased the IRobot Roomba at Best Buy after hearing such good stuff about it. An amazing tool. I set it up to vacuum every other day and I empty the bin on the days it is not running. My whole finished gets cleaned better than if I vacuumed it myself and it does it three days a week. It sends me a text if it is stuck under furniture or when it completed the cleaning cycle. I set up off-limit areas so that it would not get stuck in the toy area or underneath the coffee table. I also set it up to do the complete basement, bedroom, and bathroom every other week. It is amazing. So what do I do now? Relax

Makes keeping the floors clean so much easier. The ability to set a schedule and have it vacuum when the family is busy elsewhere is fantastic.

Works great! Love how it maps the house and having the option to work from my phone. My only con, could be quieter.

Compared to the Roomba 980 it offers adavanced mapping for cleaning individual rooms but less battery capacity. Because it opearates with less noise than the 980 the carpet boost is not missed at all. The new mapping, more quiet vacuuming makes the difference. An upgrade to an i7+ is still an option for even more relaxed vacuuming. Of course you should be a geek to spend this amount of money.
