Don't buy from Best Buy and don't buy this vacuum.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this and had to have my son install it for me. It took a bit to get it done. When we started using it, we were very disappointed. It did not complete a full vacuum but one time in over a week. It would vacuum a bit then charge, then it was not getting to the charging station to charge, and I would have to move it closer to connect. Next it started getting lost in the house. I will not buy from Best Buy again because they refused to take it back because it was over 15 days, even though it got worse every day. We ordered on the 10th but were not able to pick it up until the 17th. We took it back on the 4th of April. I wanted it to work and like the idea, and intended to get one for my Grandson for a wedding gift, but it simply does not work and Best Buy did not help. The technician with Iroomba did help, but it still does not work. We have found it in the closet and in the master bedroom completely run down, and the app states couldn't finish job because it was blocked. It was not. Do not buy this machine, and do not buy from Best Buy. That is the best advise I can give you.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this item for my mother who is a senior citizen and this item was stolen I have called several times to have this reimbursed to my account since I bought this for my mother for her b day and only was limited to speaking to Indian employees who are incompetent and do not know how to do their jobs.

Base station broke after 1 year and 4 months

Customer support offered me only to buy a new station and gave me only 15% discount. I would expect much longer live fir the cost I paid!

Won’t stay connected and can’t find the home docking station. It’s a piece of junk. Zero stars if I could. Save your money
