it does a great job of sucking up the hair from our two 80lb dogs (GSD mix and Choc Labrador) it doesn't get stuck on transitions between tile/hardwood/carpet. seriously, this is the Roomba to get, the thing is way better than our previous lesser tier Roombas. d

I upgraded to this model for a 600 series roomba( can’t remember the exact model) after it stopped working. We have two dogs, one of which is heavy shedder, and live in the woods. There always seems to be something tracked in. After using this for about 3 1/2 weeks, I am impressed! The mapping took three runs (1400 sq ft), I set the schedule I wanted, and it has faithfully completed its tasks! I just swapped the initial dust bag yesterday, although it hadn’t told me to yet it seemed pretty full. With the dogs, I do clean it up more frequently than most people would have to. We have refinished hardwood from 1952, laminate, and tile floors. We have some area rugs also. It does great on my”good” rugs. On the one utility type mat it does leave chunks of dog hair, which is okay because it at least makes it easy to pick them up. Everything thing else gets cleaned very well. Yes, the empty is loud, but it only lasts about four seconds. My three year old and two month old granddaughters sleep right through it. I got this on sale for $200 off, and it is worth every penny. I did not have a bit of trouble connecting to WiFi or keeping the connection. I would highly recommend this product.

Does a great job cleaning my apartment. I have a dog that sheds a lot and often "attacks" the roomba. It has been able to take this two front assault with ease (all while documenting the assault with pictures, 'unknown object in path'). Maybe once or twice a month does it have issues do to hair/dust build up that requires manual intervention. The vacuum bag needs replaced maybe every 2-3 months which is quite impressive for how much hair it collects.

Does a very good job cleaning the carpet. I love the updates the app give me when there are issues. I don't have to drag out them big vacuum only evey two weeks. I like that it gets under furniture where I can't normally get to.

We had a basic iRobot Roomba for a couple years until it ran through some pet mess. This one is a significant upgrade. It self-empties, takes pictures of obstacles & notifies me, avoids anything it thinks is an obstacle, & even has a P.O.O.P. guarantee!

Second roomba . Last one was still going but getting old . This one is better at avoiding obstacles and works really well . It runs around eating the dog hair and dirt our boxers leave ! A constant battle !

Roomba is great. I had no idea that a vacuuming robot could be so useful. I love being able to track the progress of pre-planned vacuuming tasks on my phone even when I'm not at home.

I will give this 2 stars for the fact that when it works, it works well. Problem is, Roombas just don’t last long! Like all our Roombas, this one stopped working right just over the 1 year mark. The battery went out. A new battery is $100+ and I read this is common with this model so I bought a cheap battery and it worked for a few months and gave the same error. I think this is a flaw with this Roomba to not detect the battery properly. This was my 3rd Roomba and I’m done. Moving on to a better, more reliable brand.

Life with two dogs and two cats is wonderful in a lot of ways but challenging because of the sheer volume of fur. Now our robot vaccuum does his daily chore so we only have to vaccuum manually once per week.

Vacuums very well. My only qualm is when the robot goes back to its docking site sometimes it doesn’t latch correctly and doesn’t charge for the next round of cleaning. I purchased 2 of these and have this problem with both.

After 2 1/2 years it’s still running well. The battery has seen better days and needs to return to base after about 25 minutes but all around a great robot vacuum.

After researching and asking friends I decided on this robot. We have 4 dogs and 5 people living in our home and this vacuum does a great job keeping up! She works alot better on our wood floor vs our rugs but we also only run her 3x a week thru the whole house. We named her Rosie and she was well worth the money thus far!

I am in love with the self emptying and the efficiency of this product. The one thing that kinda sucks is the small opening of the bag that collects the dirt from the self emptying function. It is not easy to dump if you have pet hair.

Works great to get dog hair and maneuver around my furniture. My last vacuum was destroyed by my son's dogs surprise droppings. This one saw the droppings and avoided them.

Great Roomba. Excellent upgrade from the older i5. So much better. Glad they made it work with 5GHz Wifi. It is do much smarter and dies a better job.

It is a very good option for cleanning you home. Is an appliance that really helps you. The point is that you must be pacient at the beginning on mapping the place and conect it to the app, but it works fine . I would recommend it

I love this vacuum, very easy to map, works well with Alexa, cleans very well, is not too noisy and my cats don’t mind it at all.

Essential! It is more important than the other Robot that cleans with water. Before using water you need vacuum to any floor. Even not using water all days, the vacuum is essential to keep the house cleaned. This product should be your first buying option before buying any other water cleaner.
