cleaning well, pick up great works great just need more bags

I will give this 2 stars for the fact that when it works, it works well. Problem is, Roombas just don’t last long! Like all our Roombas, this one stopped working right just over the 1 year mark. The battery went out. A new battery is $100+ and I read this is common with this model so I bought a cheap battery and it worked for a few months and gave the same error. I think this is a flaw with this Roomba to not detect the battery properly. This was my 3rd Roomba and I’m done. Moving on to a better, more reliable brand.

We had a basic iRobot Roomba for a couple years until it ran through some pet mess. This one is a significant upgrade. It self-empties, takes pictures of obstacles & notifies me, avoids anything it thinks is an obstacle, & even has a P.O.O.P. guarantee!

After researching and asking friends I decided on this robot. We have 4 dogs and 5 people living in our home and this vacuum does a great job keeping up! She works alot better on our wood floor vs our rugs but we also only run her 3x a week thru the whole house. We named her Rosie and she was well worth the money thus far!

Does a good job cleaning. Make sure you keep the front sensor clean otherwise you’ll have problems with it docking.

Does a very good job cleaning the carpet. I love the updates the app give me when there are issues. I don't have to drag out them big vacuum only evey two weeks. I like that it gets under furniture where I can't normally get to.

Roomba is great. I had no idea that a vacuuming robot could be so useful. I love being able to track the progress of pre-planned vacuuming tasks on my phone even when I'm not at home.

I love this vacuum, very easy to map, works well with Alexa, cleans very well, is not too noisy and my cats don’t mind it at all.

Second roomba . Last one was still going but getting old . This one is better at avoiding obstacles and works really well . It runs around eating the dog hair and dirt our boxers leave ! A constant battle !

Excellent mapping. Clean everywhere function with obstacle avoidance is outstanding. You can vacuum without clearing floors

After 2 1/2 years it’s still running well. The battery has seen better days and needs to return to base after about 25 minutes but all around a great robot vacuum.

Life with two dogs and two cats is wonderful in a lot of ways but challenging because of the sheer volume of fur. Now our robot vaccuum does his daily chore so we only have to vaccuum manually once per week.

I am in love with the self emptying and the efficiency of this product. The one thing that kinda sucks is the small opening of the bag that collects the dirt from the self emptying function. It is not easy to dump if you have pet hair.

Great at cleaning but charging station gives hard time. It does not always find home base and when it does it does not charge. I have to manually adjust it most of the time

Essential! It is more important than the other Robot that cleans with water. Before using water you need vacuum to any floor. Even not using water all days, the vacuum is essential to keep the house cleaned. This product should be your first buying option before buying any other water cleaner.

What I was spending on replacing on charging cables mangled shoelaces I could have paid for two of these. A definite worthwhile upgrade for my previous robot vacuum. I no longer have to come home to check if the vacuum is on its charger or hunt for it by following the path of destruction. My dream of coming home to clean floors has finally been fulfilled. So, ok I will admit that I can get a little better at picking up before I set the little bugger loose on my abode, but the app sends me a photographs of the lost socks and dryer sheets that I forgot all about. My previous vacuum would have created a macrame project get distracted and hide under the couch and wait for me to rescue him with the broomstick. Finally my floors get clean without the drama.

It is a very good option for cleanning you home. Is an appliance that really helps you. The point is that you must be pacient at the beginning on mapping the place and conect it to the app, but it works fine . I would recommend it

Great product overall. Only issue I have is that the brush spins so fast that it will knock debris out of its path instead putting it in front to be swept up as designed. Also charging connections get dirty very easily and have to be cleaned before it will charge properly.

Works great to get dog hair and maneuver around my furniture. My last vacuum was destroyed by my son's dogs surprise droppings. This one saw the droppings and avoided them.
