Love the simplicity of keeping my house clean using this product

While initial setup was easy, setting up “mapping” is proving to be a challenge. Documentation is not available and even watching videos is not very successful.

I do not recommend a Roomba. This has been an expensive headache and a huge disappointment. The guarantee to avoid pet mess is a joke; do not be fooled. The battery won’t hold a charge and will ultimately require a unit replacement which becomes a rinse and repeat issue. The idea is great but the actual result will require you searching for whoever the Roomba died (assuming it actually works that day) and then you’ll still be vacumming the old fashion way. Save your money.

I have two small dogs that leave hair everywhere. My new J7+ took a day to map my home and I was able to name rooms and make multiple schedules. The robot starts at the scheduled time, cleans until the battery is low, or the robot vacuum reservoir is full, goes to its home base, empty’s the vacuum reservoir, charges and resumes the job until it is complete. It is really cool to see it go to the designated location with the vacuum off and resume cleaning. What would really make my day would be if I could talk directly to it and say things like “Go home” or “Clean the kitchen”. For now, I love this technology.

My wife loves this robot vacuum. It's very smart and cleans our house well. This is very easy to set up and has a lot of options and configurations with the software mapping.

Excellent vacuum - no complaints there. It's a bit loud on hard floors like tile (I expected this); and the self-emptying vacuum is EXTREMELY LOUD (I also expected this.) But it cannot be overstated; the self-emptying operation is very, very loud, and being in the same room will be uncomfortable for 10 seconds. The app looks good and works most of the time, but has some problems time-to-time. I wish it had better support for Apple technologies like Siri, Apple Watch, and HomeKit.

Does better than previous one so far. I like mop feature, but wish that could be an autofill situation as well, like auto empty.

I bought this machine and very happy. Only one thing l don’t like that hits the side boards and after some times have to painted

suction is not strong enough on carpets but has no problem on hardwood floors

Wonderful helper around the house. This little vacuum does a great job mapping the room and keeping it clean.

Simply amazing. Does indeed see and avoid cords and other obstacles. Takes a little while to completely map 3 rooms, but well worth the wait!

We went to buy a vacuum cleaner. The customer service was excellent.

Finally a vacuum that doesn’t run over and destroy the cords and other things on floor. It does still get stuck on things like plastic wrap. Never know what the kids leave behind and it has died several times without making it back to the base. That’s still annoying so I would say i’d expect better for the price I paid. Overall it is better than the older models just for the fact that it really does avoid the major issues left or found on the floor due to kids and dogs.

Little complecated. Ive had multiple zumbas. This one often did not return to the base and will not leave the base when the button is pushed

LOVE this Roomba! It's my first vacuum like this and love having it do a quick vacuum of the whole house every day - my floors look great and saves me so much time! The only issue is that I need to do a factory reset of it because I'm not getting pictures in the app when it find an obstacle. But it doesn't change the fact that it will work around whatever is in its way. Love it!

Worth it! I love my roomba, i named him walle and hes great, just gotta get used to him it. Plus it was on sale woth a 100$ rebate
