The pet p.o.o.p feature where it's not supposed to run over dog mess doesn't work really but other than that I love it.

Bought 2. One for each floor of home. Best purchase ever, schedule system allows me to get the floors done when at the office or out with kids. Would recommend.

Only bad thing is the brush broke 3 weeks into cleaning. Other then that great product.

Great vacuum, does not get hung up on things. Quiet when vacuuming but loud when it empties itself. This does not last long.

Good stuff and very smart with a lot of improvements, it is low noise as other models. Great device for home with hairs from lovely pet living inside with humans.

This vacuum does it all and I only chage the bag, brushes and filters when I'm alerted by the unit.

When you have 3 cats in a studio, only one thing can make sure there’s not cat littler everywhere, and it’s this thing. I never have time or energy to clean up after the mess that they made of it, and now my house is clean every. Single. Day. Can’t express enough how happy this has made me, even bought the Braava mop to test out and works wonders, it’s nice to get home and have everything clean knowing I don’t have to worry much about it.

I like the vacuum. However, it leaves pet hair rolled in long lines all over the rug.

Love my ROOMBA. Third unit. They ae all still in service, I just upgraded. The software on this newer model seems more intuitive and learned my house quickly

Love this product. Definitely recommend to buy the warranty. After 1 1/2 years it quit working. Best Buy replaced immediately.

By far the best robot I have purchased. Doesn’t get tangled with cords or stuck in the carpet. Also the least amount of noise.

Setup was a breeze. This thing cleans the whole house with no help from us. Our dog tracks in leaves and "Harvey" takes care of that with ease. My better half was skeptical but now she is a believer. This thing is so quiet our very protective dog doesn't bother it at all. "Harvey" is now a permanent member of our family... a little wokhorse. Love how he tracks back to the Homer base to charge and empty the bin with no input. Great product!!

This was the best Mother’s Day gift ever! My wife was skeptical at first. After a week she told me that she will never go back to vacuuming herself ever again.

Roomba j7+ is an amazing thing. It cleans amazing and I love how easy it is. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

OMG I love it. Had to replace a machine that ran over dog poop, this one recognizes everything, takes a pic and asks about it. Crazy in love.

The AI on this thing is great. It avoids cables very well (which is my use case). I have a sit-stand desk and the wires are all hanging and vulnerable. Every other robot I’ve had needs something to tell it not to approach or I needed to prep that area with a barrier. Not so with the J7+. It avoids the cables very well. It’s neat seeing the little disk on the top then blue that shows the AI is thinking. The clean base is great because you don’t have to clean up after every run. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I really wanted to love this Roomba j7+, but I’m disappointed after several months of regular use and maintenance. I followed all recommended care - remapped floors, cleaned sensors, replaced parts as needed, and emptied or cleaned the bin regularly. It still frequently gets lost. It also clogs easily and often fails to complete cleaning jobs. I spend more time managing the vacuum than it would take to just clean myself. For a product at this price point, I expected a more reliable experience. I'm currently working with support, but I hope iRobot or Best Buy will stand behind their product and offer a refund or a better-performing replacement. As it stands, I can’t recommend it.
