I love this vac. Robot i set it and forget it and once a month change the bag. And clean the wheels and brushes.

Cleans well, but has constant annoying issues. It mapped the house well enough, but then when it cleans it occasionally misses entire areas of the map- even after rebooting. Deleting the map and sending on a mapping run generates the same map. It'll clean well for a couple days, then start skipping half of a room again. Constantly has issues on the dock - I clean the charging contacts and dust bin, but then it says it can't charge, or check the bin sensor just a couple days later. A few specks of dust should not affect a vacuum this much - it's a vacuum, it'll get dirty. If I had this to do over again, I would have paid more and bought a Roborock.

Robot does not return to base and does not seal correctly.

I love my robotic minion! I have messy cockatiels who throw seed everywhere and vacuuming was a twice daily affair. My smart little helper takes care of it for me. The only downside is when it empties it sounds like a jet engine which scares my cats haha. I love it

Great robot vacuum. Product cleans well and avoids items on floors.

I purchased this device less than two years ago, and it is no longer able to charge. When I contacted iRobot customer service, I was informed that I would need to pay $275 for repairs, as the warranty only covers 12 months. The customer service representative indicated that the issue is likely due to damaged or worn charging contacts. For a device that costs $1,000, it is disappointing and unacceptable that it is designed in such a way that it cannot be charged properly after less than two years. Additionally, the $275 repair fee only comes with a three-month warranty, which I find to be excessively short. Lastly, I have experienced frustration with the lack of responsiveness from the customer service department, as I have had to repeatedly follow up for answers.

Very impressed with its ease of use and set up. The apps works well in mapping your home. The bin is good for 60 days compared to the rest of the other bins that only hold dirt for 30 days. This is the newest iRobot compared to s9+ and it’s half the cost of it. Definitely recommend it. You won’t regret it especially if you are a TotalTech member which you’ll get the extended warranty for 24 months.

The best one till now in the roombas! Covers every corner of the house and never leaves a spot out.

Love love love this vaccum robot it was the best thing I have ever bought!

My wife and I we skeptical about how good this vacuum could do. We have a golden retriever and 2 cats, one of which is long haired. Let me just say, give this thing the time it needs to get the mapping done and you will be amazed. It avoids obstacles great, sometimes too good, but roomba has the vacuum learning every time it cleans.

Really nice vacuum. I like that it takes photos when it vacuums to make sure it’s not running over things it shouldn’t.

My Roomba J7 + is easy to operate and cleans very well

Great mapping and app functionality, but frequently had issues with auto empty base. At least once a week would receive this error. Always kept the unit cleaned, and bag was not full. This required a full reboot of base and vacuum each time. Overall it was reason enough for me to return it.

Great on all floors, great on mapping and navigation.

I could only give this device 3 stars. The jury is still out on the J7+. It seems to have trouble docking. It does a good job cleaning, but when it comes to starting or finishing a job it has some problems.

excellent product, mapping system is way better than the 960 that i had before. Easy to setup and use.

The robot took a long time to complete the map. I was dispappointed how I still find it bumping into things despite the front facing camera. The obstacle avoidance is ok, but it stops too soon. It becomes problematic because sometimes it stops like 8 inches away from something it should vacuum right up to. I had some problems when I first got it with the bin. It kept telling me that it was full when it when completely empty. This was very frustrating and I was about to return it but after about a week of that persistant error, it appears a software update that corrected the problem was released. Now having it for more than a month, I can say that the bag holds a ton of debris despite its tiny size. It packs everything in very well. I have a shedding Husky and I haven't been notified that it is full. Overall, it is good but the initial mapping is annoying and it is expensive.
