Really great robot vacuum! The suction is a little loud, and replacing the bags isn’t the most ideal thing, but my house stays clean!

Very good, may get better with my use. Cleans well and always makes it back to the charger and emptying I like it is quieter than my 880 Roomba.

Had to replace the first unit as it was defective, the second unit is defective as well. Second time running it, it told me the bag was full, which is impossible. My old roomba would go months without the bag getting full. So,I replaced the bag. Now I keep getting a clog error. Reviewing forums out there, it seems like a pretty known problem with this model that is specific to Best Buy, and yet it's still being sold. I would look for another make/model.

The BEST Roomba yet. My other one got stuck constantly but this one has only gotten stuck I believe once in the past couple months. It actually gets the hair really well from my animals and it definitely beats all the old models by far.

Does a pretty good job. Maybe not quite as good as me but it does not hurt my back so I am very happy with this product.

Doesn't work. It vacuums but misses many spots and just clumps dog hair everywhere but doesn't pick it up. It can't vacuum my entire place either and often needs charging between vacuuming taking 4-5 hours to clean a 1 bedroom apartment Horrible loud squeaking noise when driving around or moving and loud base when emptying the canister The spin brush is cheaply made and frayed in 4 days of use... Gets stuck on a fan in bedroom and bars near floor often making claim it avoids obstacles false Designed to fail and the thing was expensive. I would never recommend Roomba given how bad this product has been. Granted a gifted Roomba 4100 red was why I decided to get one but then went back to that and a Neato. It's like they were more focused on software features and features to claim it has things rather than building a quality product that actually vacuums. Which it failed horrendously for

For the first year, the robot worked fairly well. But it began to stop in the middle of the room during jobs. I am constantly maintining this thing, which is fine, but then it NEVER works anymore. I factory reset the robot and cant even get the house mapped and setup to run jobs again because it refuses to connect to the app and refuses to correctly return to the dock and recharge mid job. The fact that its excuse is my internet is very frustrating - every single other device in my home works without a hitch, and were talking at least 30 devices. The $800 vacuum is the only one that struggles to work as designed.

Helps to keep my house clean. I am happy I can control it on my phone so it keeps cleaning even when I’m not home. It empties itself when full, goes back to recharge when the battery is low, so I don’t have to worry.

This roomba is a life-saver if you have pets. I have hardwood, and it keeps the pet hair up and saves me from having to sweep and vacuum as often. It’s easy to use and clean as well. I highly recommend it.

Mine was acting up instead of waiting for repair they got me a new one shipped right to my door

It is great, we use it every day, specially to clean under the table after the kids have breakfast. It really help us to keep the house clean, just pick a room no one is at and send it to clean.

I love the concept of this and not having to pull out my vaccum all the time. It does a good job. The only issue that I have, and my home is not the norm, is that I have to empty the bin alot and dog hair does get tangled. However, I have plenty of area for it to cover (both carpet and solid flooring) and have several big dogs that are huge shedders. I think in a normal household it would be great. This is how a robotic vacuum should work! I've owned Roomba vacuums for 10+ years. This is the first model that I don't have to rescue daily from choking hazards. It effortlessly navigates around toys or other obstacles.

This unit is very quiet while vacuuming. The emptying of the unit following vacuuming is quite load. Does a good job picking up debris. I like that it remembers where it left off if it needs to recharge before finishing.

It fails to deliver on every promise that it makes. I have one dog and it struggles to pick up the hair. It’ll clean one room decently and then the rest of the rooms don’t even look like it’s been touched. It constantly gets stuck in areas that are clearly blocked off on the map. You have to physically put something in the way for it to stop going to the blocked off area. I knew I shouldn’t have bought it and now I deeply regret this purchase. It really, not once, cleaned the whole routine without some sort of issue

Works really well. Seems to work as intended. Not as loud as my older 980, but louder than my parents e5. Extremely loud when emptying.

After 13 months, Roomba struggles to dock and cleans less and less with each run. I am attempting to factory reset the unit but the directions are incorrect within the iRobot app. iRobot needs to work on their optimization algorithm as it eventually renders the appliance useless.

I have laminate floors and this does wonders. 3x a week and it's kinda loud but gets the job done. I Love the self emptying its so easy to set up my dog is terrified and tries to attack it all the time

It works wonderfully. Features are excellent and get better theost you use them. It is kind of funny how the vacuum stationake the sound of a jet engine. Overall I'm a satisfied owner.
