Great product. Does a fantastic job. Almost fun to use a setup. Setup was easy BTW. Unfortunately the side sweeping brush motor stopped working after about 2 weeks. But Rooma sent me a new and I'm guessing upgraded motor that has worked great since. Even spins faster than before. The motor was so easy to change, even a caveman could do it. It takes some getting used to, such as if something gets sucked into it, like a quarter did on me. I have to remove the rollers to clear it. Once I learned how, that too was a joke to do. Hey, it's a tool and sometimes needs maintenance. Love seeing my carpet cleaned in the mornings.

So happy I bought this vacuum cleaner! Literally it has decrease my work by 90%. It maps your rooms so that it knows exactly where everything is. Love it!

Constantly getting stuck and lodged in random areas and then saying it’s ‘offline’ so you can’t locate it except by the old fashioned hunting under the bed, couch, etc. I honestly find it has so many issues often it’s easier to just vacuum the old fashioned way.

Coming from the original Roombas back in the early 2000's, it's wild to see how far these units have come in terms of intelligence and features. Once the unit learns the layout of your house, it's almost jaw-dropping to watch it navigate to specific rooms and avoid obstacles. In terms of cleaning power, it works better than I would have expected. just be warned, the base station vacuum is quite loud. And as a cherry on top, its ability to work in tandem with the Braava mop takes automated cleaning to another level.

Not great. In the first couple of weeks, started turning on in the middle of the night, even though it wasn't programmed to do so. Also, took a while to clean and left corners/spots under tables that required me to go and vacuum, so I just vacuum myself now and haven't turned the Roomba on in months.

It never charges properly since the charging port keeps getting obstructed. It didn't happen with my last Roomba.

Useful but suction is the best. But it does the job

This is a great lil helper!! It does a great job, the mapping system is great as well for telling into only clean certain areas or rooms!! Very easy to use and set up!

Great product. So smart and fun. My cats don’t freak out. It’s just so loud.

Quick mapping of house. Love that you get updates with pictures of obstacles and can tell the app if it is permanant or temporary

Sometimes it avoids obstacles, sometimes not. Does not pick up as good as my other iRobot.

Has alot of errors. Saying that the bin is full when its not.

terrible. I switched to this after my roborock died in an altercation with dog poop. It is loud, unintelligent, and has had nothin but problems since I have bought it. I should have stuck with the roborock

Amazing. Definitely worth the money. Nothing better than running this while you're out at the store or at work and coming home to clean floors.

Does a decent job cleaning. Can't really compare to other robots. Good for pet hair.

Got on sale and i have to admit its better than I expected especially if you have pets!

I was always skeptical about this type of vacuum cleaner. But I'm so impressed how it does the job. 800 sq.ft with hard wood floor takes about 1 hour to clean.

Excellent. Runs when I’m away from the house and picks up my litter very precisely. Could do a better job in certain areas but hoping this gets better in a few weeks.

It seems to work well. Don't like having to buy the bags for the canister.

Decent vac. Not worth 800$ I’d get the cheaper one if I could do it again
