I have a multiple cat household and have had a botvac for years. My least favorite part was emptying the dirt bin. Cat fur, and litter dust. Gross!! The self emptying feature is a lifesaver!! Also the feature that identifies obstacles is great. No more vacuumed up fur balls!

Great maintenance vacuuming. These robots have gotten better over the years, but they don't quite replace an upright. As long as you know you will still need to pull out the big one once in a while for stuff like embedded pet hair or ground in dirt it is a great convenience.

I bought mine more than 2 weeks ago and the spinner motor stopped working the day after the refund period. This is very disappointing that I will have to deal with this alone, especially for an expensive product in such a short amount of time. IT ONLY LASTED 2 WEEKS BEFORE IT FAILED. Buyer Beware

Does great for lite, daily vacuuming. It doesn't get tangled up with long hair. However, it doesn't always get edges or corners we'll.

love love love my roomba. the only complaint i have is that it doesnt go up on my carpet (which is a little thick but not too much). other than that it's perfect!

Sincerely is more intelligent But does not pick up as much as my Roomba 690. So, will be patient for a better upgrade.

Not as good as past Roombas I've had. The suction is very weak, I sprinkled a little sugar on the tile floor and it didn't pick it up:( It also left a lot of "hair strings" all over the carpet. I thought this was supposed to be excellent for pet hair- NOT! After 2 uses: the end of rollers were tight full of hair, and the side brush stopped working. Going back to Shark Robot vacuum, that works awesome.

Got this Roomba as a gift for my brothers new house, him and his wife are in love with this Robot, so far it does the job its suppose to do, cleans the hard wood, carpet , and tile floors all around there 1st floor with no issues at all. No Complaints So Far.

It requires so much maintenance, tires and other parts have to be taken out and they’re extremely hard to put back in, it’s not worth it.

I was really exited about it, its a neat thing to have, it works but sometimes it doesn’t charge.

terrible . i like the firat roomba better than this one! i am about to go to best buy and return this product and get me different one! this one stops 20 times to finish cleaning ! not bevause of obstacles or anything in floor just keep saying empty the bin where there is nothing in it! so frustrating!

Eh. I mean if got have a house with no floor decor or rugs it might work ok. But with rugs and typical stuff a home has on the floor it’s junk. Doesn’t clean the baseboards at all. It did ok with mapping out the house but constantly got stuck under the bed or wrapped up in a rug. Great idea but not to practical for the high price.

Upgraded to this from a Roomba 980, and this thing is so much quieter and has the next gen mapping technology, camera and a freaking light on its forehead! Got 200 bucks off as a Totaltech member. Epic. Wife is super happy.

Wow. What can I say. My new “Rombo” is amazing and so much more efficient than our old “Robby”. He dumps himself and Wi-Fi. All I have to do is turn him on from the app on my phone. Love Love Love.

This is the best IRobot, the wheels are larger so goes from wood flooring to shag carpet easily which my 960 could not do. It goes around cords and cat toys. I empties itself which is really nice. I am thrilled with it. Worth every penny.

Me and my wife enjoy the IRobot. I have no issues with the performance of this vacuum. We got a great price and look forward to adding the mop robot.

It does exactly what it states it will do. It is great on tile, I have not tried using it in heavy traffic areas or rugs. I use this robot upstairs. It seems to clean randomly, so I can’t tell if it actually gets the whole room.

Decent, but not worth $700 IMO. This does not compare to the standard vac in terms of suction and cleanliness.

It’s a smart machine but vacuum is not as strong as regular vacuum machines. You will have to use it daily 2-3 times to reach maximum cleanless.

This is my third Roomba and is by far the best one I’ve had. Always finds it’s dick and empties itself and does a much better job cleaning. So worth the extra money for the upgrade if you can afford it
