  • Lackluster cleaning power

    We bought this vacuum to clean the house twice a day since we have three dogs. The software and ease of setup are great. The cleaning power is a totally different story. We ran the unit three different times and then went over our carpet with our Dyson Animal and filled up the canister. The self cleaning base wouldn’t remove any pet hair from the unit. I love the idea and the integration but this simply doesn’t have any cleaning power.

    It's pathetic, not automatic everytime you need to manually pick it up and put it back on charging station. With an extremely small bin . Not good for big houses at all

    It is not of good quality. It stopped working. I've been waiting for the repair for a month. Buying another iRobot brand is not safe and they do not provide good customer service.
