It has been so helpful in keeping the carpet and floors cleaner than before. It has a little of hard time with some dog fur but it has been a great buy!

This device has made my life easier from cleaning up after my dogs tracking grass and dirt inside. Only giving 4 stars because it gets stuck easily and does not do well with mats in the kitchen and by the doors- it tends to drag them around.

The new version has been extremely useful and picks up dog hair easily and empties it without needing me. Charges and restarts where it left off

While the setup process took a couple of days to iron out all the edges, this is overall a fantastic product. However, I can't state enough that you should never buy it at list price. Wait for a sale like Black Friday and this thing is practically a guarantee to be discounted by around $300.

The best feature about this is the accident awareness and how it won’t run over obstacles. This has saved a lot of headaches! The hair suction is mediocre, half of it just get pushed around and ends up in clumps around the house.

Such a good and cool robot vaccum. Makes a whole map of you house and everything. Cleans well

This replaced my I3. I can say without question this was worth the extra money. This is much quieter, smarter and cleans much better. I also love that it takes pictures of obstacles, asks if they are temporary or permanent and if permanent, it avoids it next time. If I say it is temporary, I can pick the item up and the vac will go back and clean that spot

My J7 work pretty good. It doesn’t have the greatest suction on my hardwood floor but it does an ok job. But I really do enjoy the camera taking pictures of obstacles.

I love this new addition to our family that makes my job easier. This vacuum runs daily and picks up my shedding labs fur. I have had similiar vacuums in the past but they didn't do a good job missing lots of areas. I can even have Alexa control it which is nice. I love that it empties itself also so i do not have to worry when I am out of town!

It works pretty well. It just takes about 8 hours to vacuum our 1500 sq. ft home with two recharges. Goes over the same areas over and over again while many times missing others completely. Manufacturer replaced it for free when it was doing this the first time. But the replacement one has had mapping issues as well now.

The cats were initially curious, but they've since grown accustomed to their new, quiet roommate. However, one downside is the size of the dustbin. With two cats, it fills up quickly, necessitating frequent emptying. This is a minor inconvenience in what is otherwise a fantastic cleaning tool. Overall, for any pet owner struggling with fur and the daily messes that come with pets, the Roomba offers a hands-free, effective cleaning solution.

Really like the room a j7+, removed a star for room a customer service. Had bought a different model that didn’t want to work right, contacting their immediate support they just passed me off right away to tech support, why have me waste someone else’s time then just give me the right contact. Then was told to either repair or replace, was 2 days old so opted to replace with a higher level model.

Great device and easy to use. App is very intuitive and helps reduce time spent cleaning up around the house.

Does a great job cleaning all types of floors. Saves me a bunch of time.

We looked at many different reviews of several models/brands of vacuums and this was supposed to be one of the best. However, that is not the case. The suction isn’t very strong and it misses a lot. Plus, this vacuum cleans like it’s drunk. It refuses to clean an entire room before moving on. There isn’t any manual control either in the app. My wife and I both regret buying this vacuum since we both have to end up going behind this vacuum with our main vacuum cleaner to get what it missed. This vacuum is not worth the price their asking. This a $150-$200 vacuum cleaner at best. Save your money and do not get this vacuum.

It was so good it has saved me so many hours of cleaning and dusting this thing is awesome

Love my Roomba. Makes cleaning up so much easier with a dog and cat. I’ve had to remove the filter a couple of times when the base wasn’t able to suction all debris properly. It was a quick fix. Only complaint is I can’t get the voice control to work with my Alexa but that is minor. I like that it also allows you to review obstacles - the car likes to make an appearance in numerous review pictures. Overall very happy.

I loved this robot so much that I’m getting another one for my 2nd floor. I’m tired of the old roomba twisting charging cables and curtains in its rollers
