I love the self-emptying feature. It does a great job once you’ve setup your smart map. I just wish it wasn’t so loud.

Set schedule and let it work its magic. Learned the layout of my house after a couple of passes and setting up boundary areas was simple. Great investment and worth every penny.

Great robot vacuum! We have mostly hardwood floors and throw rugs. We use to have cat fur, litter, and food pieces scattered throughout. This robot has eliminated all of that. If it can fit under it it is gonna clean it.

So far so good! No poob-cidents and teh automatic dispostal is a nice addition! This one seems to be much more efficient than our previous roomba. Not sure the old model. Love it!

Works good simple to use on hard floors.. i tired in carpet and it kept telling me the bin was full when it was not

Does a great job at vacuuming and navigating the house. Needs little to no attention daily, which is definitely an upgrade from my last 860i vacuum. Love how I can view where it goes in the app and start it remotely.

Best purchase ever! With three children and three large dogs we vacuum a lot. Roomba now does it for me and saves me so much time! It does a great job, even on all of the dog hair!

This thing cleans! Normally I would need to sweep every other day but with this vaccuum I have no need to have a broom. Great purchase and I highly recommend!

I thought the initial room mapping would be hard, but it wasn't. You run the mapping function and the iRobot wanders the house and finishes with a decent layout map. All you do then is label the rooms and put boundaries where you want. And the cleaning is great. During a run if the on-board bin gets full it returns to base, empties, and then resumes where it left off. Only negative is that when emptying it is loud. But probably only a little louder then standing over a vacuum if doing it manually, and of a much shorter duration.

I have always had Romba; When deciding to buy another one, it was because of the vacuuming of the garbage in a bag, the intelligent program of it (camera and light) and the programming. Well, everything has gone very well, and it has met all my expectations in particular avoiding particles in the air that can cause allergies and the program that identifies each place where it is and portrays everything that it thinks is not permanent. It no longer carries computer cables, and it no longer reaches out to destroy a curtain.

Supposed to be an improvement over my i7. But it has gotten lost a couple times for no noticeable reason. Still don’t comprehend the reasons for 2 bags in the waste bin.

Work’s beautiful. Runs pretty quietly while cleaning. It is loud when it emptied the bin. But over all great buy. I haven’t had to vacuum my hard wood floors in a week with a conventional vacuum!

I don’t know how I survived without it! I have it scheduled to go out three days a week and it keeps the floor clean all the time. Absolutely amazing product, I couldn’t recommend it more!

So impressed! This little robot does an incredible job and was extremely easy to set up. We’ve had it for six months now, and it was such a great purchase. Highly recommend this model.

It is good while it works, but we have now had two and had to have them replaced for the same issue. We bought this because we have concrete floors, which it does a great job of cleaning, besides pet waste detection! We bought this specifically because it said it would detect and avoid pet mess. We have a 17 year old dog who is mostly blind and deaf, and some time just can't make it outside to go. The Roomba would just run right over it. That isn't what killed our machines, however. Both of our machines had an error where it would say the bags are full even when they aren't. If the bag is full, then it simply won't run. It would try to empty, take off for 2 feet, then return home. The second one Best Buy sent to their repair center and it wasn't fixable, so we just elected for a store credit and went back to a regular cordless. Total Tech to the rescue!

Automap generation and navigation is not that great, does clean well to the path it travels. But the coverage of the entire home is limited.

I am both very satisfied with the product and with Best Buy. The vacuum works excellently, and also when I had trouble with getting it delivered they sent me a replacement with minimal trouble.

Purchased March 2023. Ran & performed great until May 2024, and oh what a complete mess this has become. Multiple calls to their tech support in May 2024 - ended up replacing battery. Yep just over a year of use & they had me spend the money for a battery. Once replaced seemed a bit better until August 2024. Now clearly out of warranty, calls to tech support & navagation is totally screwed up....again. Tech support tells me, this time, that the wheels are worn, to order new from them & replace them to correct navigation issues. Ordered & replaced wheels with NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL. Told tech support I'm no longer their technician & no more use of my bank account to support them. Subsequently on call with tech support, the rep told me that there are significant known navigation issues with Roomba vacuum robots! Not sure they were supposed to tell me that, but they did. Eventually they agree to send me an allegedly new replacement. New one shows up 2 days ago, wrong dust bin on it so cleaned & used dust bin from original robot. THIS ROOMBA J7+ HAS MORE ISSUES THAN THE ORIGINAL AND I CANNOT VERIFY IF IT'S NEW OR RECONDITIONED. ASKING ROOMBA FOR MY $837 BACK. TIME WILL TELL I GUESS. HEADED TO GO GET A NEW SHARK. PREVIOUSLY HAD ONE & IT WAS MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ROOMBA.
