Love the Roomba! We have a Golden Retriever who of course sheds hair. Our carpet is short pile nylon in a dark gray color. I couldn't keep up with the maintenance it took to keep our home looking "ready for company". This machine was a game changer. I would recommend this to anyone with pets.

This was given as a gift. Initially the first unit had a bad sensor, and no matter where it was placed, it stoped because of the sensor, for fall prevention. This unit was exchanged. Once it was setup, it infrequently dropped off of the Wi-Fi, and when we called Roomba for support, they wanted to reconfigure my whole WiFi network to their spec (which I did not do). They walked us through the factory reset, and it started working again. Then about 6 months later, it had an error code, that indicated that the battery was not charging. (At this point it was less than one year old). The corrective action was to order a new battery from Roomba, but the price was prohibitive. (And in my wife’s mind, it was strike 3, and she now wants nothing to do with any other Roomba products). It is disappointing that it came to this, but I completely respect and honor her feelings on this.

The best thing I could do was buy that, I love the payment method, everything is excellent she cleaning excellent

Very pleased with this product. We had a prior Roomba that was very noisy and this one is super quiet. It cleans well and the automatic trash dump is very nice.

We run this 3 days per week and it keeps our pet hair under control. Not sure how I lived with out our little R2

Great at picking dust and dog hair. Loud at the end of cleaning to empty out. Doesn’t get stuck much.

Good but pet hair gets stuck in vacuum. Have to manually dump it instead of the hair being sucked into the bin. Would be best if did not have to manually dump it. Needs tweaking.

Good quality easy to set up and configure to your wifi

It’s a great machine if you have pets or not. It’s not friendly to shag or high pile carpet. I have noticed I go though a lot of replacement items but, other than that it’s effective, gets the floors and carpets cleaned as good as I would do them.

Had the i7 and it broke so we ended up getting this version. Works great. The obstacle/camera feature is a great addition, its quieter then the last model as well

This has been a life-saver. I have had so many surgeries that I’m unable to keep up with cleaning our floors. Cleans all the dog hair and everything very well.

Great product and very satisfied. Works so well we bought a second for Christmas gift for family. Very reliable, easy to stop and start with app or on a schedule, big time saver, keeps floors looking great and clean especially with pets.

iRobot really upgraded this model. It works perfectly after a few mapping runs and I have no issues with it whatsoever. It’s been a great machine and really does well with avoidance.

Love my iRobot. Saves me time and I love that it even vacuums under the beds. Very easy to set up and I use my iPhone to schedule, start, end or etc...

I bought the J7+ for my wife for Christmas. It is our first and I have to say that I am very happy with it. We are not the best at vacuuming our house manually and now that we have the J7+, our floors have never stayed so clean. We have a one level 2,500 square foot house all tile , 2 children and a dog. I will admit that I am slightly disappointed that it will not vacuum in a total dark house, (it fails and will not vacuum or it gets stuck if it is too darck) so we need to leave some lights on dimm on the nights that we have a scheduled cleaning. But we are dealing with it. It works Awesome during the day and we often just schedule a full cleaning when we are not home. It only takes about 2.5 hours to do out entire house. Sometimes 3 to 4 hours. Depending on how we left the chairs or kids toys It is a lot quieter than I had expected while vacuuming. When it empties in the base station it is pretty loud though. But that lasts only a few seconds. I will say that it does not vacuum totally perfectly in one cleaning if the floor is really dirty, but because we have a cleaning scheduled 3 times a week. It definitely keeps the house clean. Overall, we are very happy with it and it keeps our floors clean with 3 vacuumings per week. Oh, and our dog leaves it alone also.

The J7+ performed very well right out of the box! Generally quiet during operation. Easy to schedule time and frequency of operation. Honestly, I'm surprised at the number of people that mention how loud the empty to bin process is...........since it takes about 15 seconds to empty. I would definately purchase again and recommend it to anyone considering purchase. I have a shorthair dog and it handles shedding very well. As noted elsewhere in other ratings, don't expect "Robby" to get completely into corners but it does clean LVP flooring and short pile carpeting/rugs very well.

Bought for my wife she loves it. It maps out the home greatly and picks up the dog hair we have a problem with 24/7. We have long hair dogs so it’s fluff balls everywhere.

We have 2 dogs and a cat This vacuum cleans up the pet hair much better then the last robot vacuum that we had I like how efficient and quiet it is

Love out Roomba! We have 2 kids and have little time to keep the house tidy. Having these run on a schedule is a life saver when you have pets!
