Love the freedom it gives me from sweeping all my floors. Does a very good job!

It sometimes leaves clumps of my cat’s hair on the carpet, which I didn’t expect. The performance is much better on hard floors. On the plus side, it’s easy to clean and maintain. Overall, it saves time, but I wish it handled pet hair on rugs a bit better.

Love everything about this vaccum so far. Went through 3 shark vaccums in 3 months…. So took the leap to this vaccum and it is amazing all the way down the the app!! Love it

I bought it to pick up my german shepherd’s hair and it does the job perfectly. The automatic emptying of the robot is great as well.

Love the idea of this vacuum, but unfortunately it does not perform as expected. We've had it for a couple of years now, and I love it when it works correctly. The problem is, it rarely works correctly in our house. It constantly gets "stuck" in locations where there is nothing blocking it. Despite fixing the map many time, it continues to think there are doors or openings where none exist. The scheduled vacuuming is not consistent. We are continually running into problems with it not charging on the base. Pretty much every time we run our Roomba there is some error. But still, its better than having to vacuum ourselves!

Very happy with my purchase. This machine is very smart and can be trained to avoid areas that my previous vacuum went into that I could not control. Very happy with this purchase

I own the iRobot 980 and the J7+ is hugely better. First of all it’s quieter. That in itself would’ve prompted me to buy this unit. Secondly the tracking , the camera On board, And the improvements to the programming are vastly superior to the 980 unit. I have one of these new ones at my home and also my business and I’m extremely happy. so far so good!

So far, very good. It’s way quieter than I expected. Except when it empties into the base unit. But that also works well. The only thing I don’t like is the proprietary bags in the base unit. I empty them myself between cleanings and I will have to find some tweezers that can get in the opening better. Hair (2 cats, 2 dogs) is sucked up from hard wood and rugs. Is it perfect? Close! And I don’t have to push a vacuum around the house every other day. J7 with self emptying base is pretty awesome. $200 off at Best Buy or I would have went one model down.

So far so good. Was easy to set up. Cleans well. The app works as planned. Had a "dumb" robot vacuum before this one. Much happier with the performance of this one.

Does just as described! Feels like a ton of weight lifted off my shoulder. Less tress worrying about vacuuming, this guy does it all for you.

Coming from a 600 series, this thing is worth its weight in gold. I haven't had to go find why it got stuck yet after 4 months of use.

Doesnt charge at times Robot needs to be propped to charge properly

The Roomba j7 is a great vacuum. It literally takes all of the stress out of keeping your house clean. The automatic dirt disposal feature is the best!

Worked great until it failed after about 15 months of light duty. Could no longer reliably attach to the base to charge and wouldn’t charge to completion when it did. We cleaned the connectors and everything to no avail. Thankfully we had the Best Buy plan for it.

It was pretty silly at first when it was still learning the house layout, but it has performed great after a few weeks of being a dumb robot. Also doubles as a great DJ if you put a small speaker on top of it while it's running.

Works great for pet hair. I have two huskies and it picks up the hair just fine and the self empty is extremely helpful.

Great lil helper! Very accurate in the mapping. Odd that it didn’t come with instructions but looked it up online. Thorough cleaning. Lil loud but cleans and avoids.

The j7+ does what it says it will. We have mostly tile with some carpet and the only problem is that it takes about twice as long to clean as the app estimates it will. It doesn't pick up everything from the corners, but it is ideal for taking care of the main areas on a regular basis. We go through and get the corners with our standard vacuum.

Bought this years ago and it is still running great! One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Works great!

This vacuum does a great job. Only problem I have is it gets stuck sometimes. Works great!
