Love it. This is our third roomba ( have had several past generations), and it functions significantly better. The navigation and obstacle avoidance has greatly improved. Appears to have better suction and/or particle pickup than before. So far no problems and has worked incredibly well.

We purchased an esrlier model and werent too happy with the result. We constantly had to move the vacuum or help it dock. This model is so far advanced from that. The self learning and mapping features along with thr camera sensor make this version worth the money. The only critique is the sound it makes when it empties its bin…sounds like a jet taking off.

Used in the "bird" room and it gets it all. Comical how it gets the cockatoo's attention under her cage.

It’s really nice to have but I have to really monitor it. Learning takes a long time and I am still not seeing it clean everywhere and it’s been several months of it “exploring”. Cleans well when it does find the spot.

This roomba has been a lifesaver since we’ve moved into a bigger house. Sweeping/vacuuming is now cut in half!

This is by far my favorite robot vacuum I’ve had! It does a great job and avoids obstacles along the way, including dog messes.

No nonsense, easy to set up, easy to use. Top saltwater predator brands have nothing on this baby!

This is one of the best roomba’s. The fact that it empties itself is great. The only downfall is that it is SO loud when it empties.

Works as described. Nice not to have the mopping option. Perfect for daily traffic lanes. Yes. You can program any area you want for specific times and purpose.

Best christmas gift I got this year. Technology on this robot is slick. It maps, cleans and dumps its own trash. Great purchase.

I’d give 10 stars if it were an option! After 4 cleanings it mapped out the entire main floor exactly. I added a few bars to the map to separate and label the rooms. Now I can tell it exactly what to clean and what to skip. It is SO smart! I love it so much I bought this one for my Mom and Dad for Christmas. It’s loud when it empties the dirt into the bin but only for about 8-10 seconds. That’s my only complaint.

I bought this after using a few Shark products and thought it was time to upgrade. The IRobot does seem to vacuum better and doesn’t get hung up like the other product. The app is user friendly and it’s nice to be able to make “keep our zones” for permanent and temporary objects. That really came in handy for the holidays. The one issue I’ve had, twice, is it will run over dog poop if it’s in certain spots. Our house is all hardwood and we have mats near the doors and in the bathroom. Well, Our puppy likes to have his mistakes on those mats and the Robot has run over them twice. It’s very aggravating to disinfect the entire bottom of the vacuum. I only knock it 1 star because it does a good job of avoiding objects and it only happens in this situation. I expect IRobot will continue to upgrade their obstacle avoidance algorithms so I really like this vacuum. Hopefully my puppy also upgrades his potty algorithm to get better about going outside.

Best thing I ever bought! Rosie the robot is her name and she is fantastic! The mapping took time and then I discovered the mapping with no vaccuum and that made it much quicker. So easy to seperate areas to vaccuum into sections with the easy to use app! The app is super user friendly...easy breezy! Its expensive, but wait for a sale and get this vaccuum! Very pleased!

It has to have some type of wifi to operate and its real loud battery goes dead fast and it gets stuck often i was told by the sales guy that it didn't have to have wifi but he was wrong

It’s great that I can use the app to map out where I want cleaned and at what times… my only issue is that we shave had to replace two parts already in the first six months of use. However, customer service reached out to US when the same error message popped up and the process was quite seamless.

Super random a erratic on cleaning jobs. It sounds like it's going to bog down on every rug no matter the thickness. I have to send the commands to it 2 or 3 times before it will start. Then to add to the joy, I spent about 2 hours the other day cleaning dog poop out of it, then mopping my entire hallway and bathroom to clean up said poop after the roomba painted my floors with it. Have you ever had to q-tip feces out of a robot vac? I expected a smarter product out of the OG robot vac people. Works pretty good on hard floors. Not great though. Unfourtunately, there was only a 15 day return window so looks like I'll just have to work with it. Do yourself a favor, look for reviews outside of what you see on the product listing. Go to YouTube and find REAL reviews. This is six hundred bucks I could have done better things with. Disappointed!
