This Roomba works wonderful. We use the app when away from home when needed. It is currently programmed to come on at 4:00 p.m. each day so we come home to a clean floor. It is easy to program and does a great job on hardwood and carpet both. We have a German Shepherd that sheds and this has saved us coming home from work and vacuuming daily.

Excellent ! Can’t live without it. It goes beyond my expectations. And in the carpet works great.

I love the way it makes the carpet well groomed with perfect lines but it does not do a great job with pet hair. We have 2 corgi's and we find clumps of hair all over the upstairs where this is at. I do like the low profile. It can get under and around just about everything in our house. If you have pets i would go with the S9+. If you don't have pets then it would probably be great. We also have carpet everywhere except our bathroom so im sure that has a little to do with it. We have been using it for almost 3 weeks and today was the first time it got lost and couldn't find the base station. Kinda weird but i just picked it up and placed it back home and everything is good again. We run both of ours 3 days a week and they have been flawless. The only thing i recommend is make sure all clutter is picked up. Especially cell phone charger cords. They do sense cords but if they ingest one they are stuck

well except for the stairs. This is my second unit for upstairs. I can never be without a robot vacuum from here on out for the rest of my life.

Great unit for carpet and wood floor. Will be purchasing another unit for my other home.

This has been a life saver when I’m not feeling well and don’t want to vacuum or just don’t have the time. Also love that it’s connected to the smart phone. We tested it and it can start as far away as 1,600 miles using the smart phone. It may work further away we don’t know.

This vacuum is great in a lot of ways. The only issues i have with it is the smart detection of objects is hit and miss. Sometimes it will avoid stuff and others it will suck up a blanket and then i have to get it unstuck. Outside of that the dock that emptys it every time is the bees knes

We have an older Roomba that does a good job but this one is much better. It has only gotten stuck a few times, much less than the last one and avoids cords lying around. It will continue to run after recharging a couple of times until the whole house has been vacuumed. The automatic emptying bin is worth the purchase, never have to worry. It holds a lot.

Very low maintenance and cleans thoroughly. Great suction. A bit pricey though.

I have had this for a little over 3 months. I purchased this as it was supposed to be the one that avoided pet messes. I have pets and knew that would be a potential as any pet owner knows. The inevitable did happen, the Roomba didn't sense it. Luckily, it wasn't a mushy mess, and the Roomba just pushed it across the floor... It did make me feel I had to flip it over and disinfect the wheels and rollers and such. I have definitely not been impressed with how it picks up the fur... or lack there of... It only seems to grind it into the carpet more or compact it together in long rolls that I have to go around behind and pick it up. Even running it several times in a roll hasn't helped. You have to check the wheels and rollers constantly as fur and hair gets matted/tangled in them. It does do well on hard surfaces. My townhouse has a lot of nooks and corners, and it does a decent job there. It does sense stairs and hasn't fallen down when I've brought it upstairs. It's great for cleaning under beds. The battery is ok for my small townhouse. I usually just have it do the downstairs, but it could do both up and down (about 1,100 sq ft.) on a single charge. It does self empty and that is loud for about 10-ish seconds. That is probably about as loud as the regular upright I have. Scares the pets when if first starts, but they are getting use to it. Other then that it is fairly quiet. Even if i am upstairs though, I can tell it must be running, so not silent. It can fit under my couch and love seat, which is great. One time, it did eat a light cord and pulled the lamp and some other things off, busted the bulb, but thankfully not the glass shade. So might want to have it run while you are at home until you get all the areas marked off. I thought I had done that, but had a surprise when I came home that day. The app could be easier to use as it's a little difficult to find things. Maybe that is because I am not that familiar with the layout, so when I go to do something, it takes a while to find it. It creates a map and trying to figure the orientation of that is hard. It wouldn't map my small bathroom telling me it wasn't a room. I know it's small, but it has a door. After the initial mapping and a few cleanings, it finally let me section it off and declare it was a bathroom. It's also created a random room in my downstairs, and I am not sure why or how it did that. It looks like a hallway between the living room and kitchen and there is nothing like that. Even if you didn't let it go into every room during the mapping run, it will add as it cleans. It also can differentiate if the floor is hard (laminate, wood, tile) or soft (carpet, rug) flooring. When I got it, I didn't realize I'd have to buy bags for it. I figured it'd be a compartment I'd take out and empty. Two bags come with it and so far, I haven't had to replace the first, which tells me it's not picking up much. I don't run it every day, but my upright I have to empty ever couple uses. Roomba will empty as often as it needs to while running and then come back out. If it gets stuck, it will shut down and wait for you, which saves battery. It likes to get stuck into my laundry room. It sometimes knocks into the door just right to force it closed. If it is upstairs and starts to run low on battery, it will go back to the spot I first started the mapping and wait for me to come get it to take it to the charger/home. For the money, I was expecting it to clean the fur off the rug/carpet a lot better and avoid poo/puke, like it said. I guess I will just have to settle that it only does 'spot cleaning,' and I will still need to clean with the heavy upright.

I am in love with this product. Easy to use and install. The quality and smart of this is impressive.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new Roomba. It does a great job vacuuming and is learning my home layout. It is nice to come home to a vacuumed house each day. My only complaint is that several times a week my Roomba has trouble sealing, so I have to inspect it when I get home.

Has made keeping the floors clean easier than ever. Helps reduce the amount of cat fur as well.

Had this previously, got the second one for 440 off. The j7+ is actually one of the best roomba options for cat hair, period. The new ones do t necessarily do better and cost a lot more....

We had a much older model that dog hair would get tangled, and no issues with this one. Also love it dumps itself. With a Golden that is needed to get up all the hair

Does a great job, fits under low areas well. The waste bag holds quite a lot.

It have issues going back home when it got stuck or low battery

Love it. I bought 2 ai robots and should have done it Sooner!! We have 4 pets and wood and tile floors. This is excellent. I took one star off as my son who has been a long time owner since the technology came out had to actually fix one of my wheels in the first week. Still love it!

Had base issues but it was easily resolved when I called customer service.

It cleans up so great! I like how its very efficient and I dont have to use a vacum!
