Works as intended, super essy to set up and forget about

I love my little helper! The mapping process took a while, but it was very thorough. I love that I can set it to vacuum certain sections or let it do the whole house. I feel better knowing my carpets are getting cleaned multiple times a week when I don't have time to do it myself.

Great product. Cleans better than us. Floor is cleanest it has been.

This thing is the best investment I have ever made. I was hesitant on getting it due to the price and never having one prior, but it has held up to its expectations and then some. The mapping feature is the coolest thing and the cleaning base really makes it easy for me to change the bag when full.

Cleans very well and seldom needs attention. Best one we have purchased.

i dont know if its just my Vac but it dosent really pick up little peices of paper on carpet. weak suction maybe? The Tech in it is awesome though. my old 690 would pick up everything even cords.

Worked great then at about the 8th month with very minimal use it did not want to go Home. Took it in for maitenance and they said it worked just fine. Took it home and worked. I don't know why exactly it malfunctioned.

We had a Roomba 960 and the J7+ is leaps and bounds better. It's quieter and it cleans the house in less time. The mapping is very smart. Once the map was done and rooms set, you can tell it clean any specific space. It hasn't gotten stuck once compared to the 960 which got stuck fairly regularly.

Great vacuum, works well and very easy to program.

I love it very easy to set up. I have pets and keeps fur to minimum. My cats follow it around. Minimal maintenance

My old irobot roomba got stuck alot and was very noisy. The j7+ is a great improvement. With self empting it is able to complete the whole house job without any involvement on my part. My old one no longer adequately made it back to base to charge. This model seems to correct all my grips.

This vacuum is great. No complaints about it. I think the mapping application has come a long ways and is very good too but there is still some improvements that could be made. I have a stepped up area that is a separate map. But when mapping it, the vacuum saw the base station and the app decided to add that area to my main map without asking me. Should be options on what to add where. I was able to set up exclusion zones on the main map to compensate but it’s a little annoying. Especially when the vacuum wants to cut through that area to get back to the base. Still the best unit I’ve had so far.

Taking any of the load off cleaning wise has improved my mental health, not joking. Its like one of the best $600 i ever spent. In order to just let the roomba do its job, i have kept the place naturally cleaner which has been an unforeseen benefit of this purchase. I now clean where the roomba cant. And usually the Roomba takes care of the rest. Its wonderful
