Only issue has been that it has had some issues with getting stuck on our bar stools that we have around our dining table. Other than that it does a great job, mapped out our house quickly and does well on the schedule we provided.

I needed to call customer service. They talked me through my problem and made me feel more secure using “Walter”. He does a great job, I can’t believe how nice the carpet looks after he had done his job.

Took me following it around for a few to map the house, it only gets better after that. It learns and does a fanatic job. Got on sale and totally worth it.

Cleans very well and easy to maintain. Past Roomba model I owned, the 960, is still going strong. Purchased this to handle a different floor level.

She loves Hal (yep she named it)and no mine is not Dave. There were some bumps in the road with the mapping and Alexa but all is well and we all live in harmony. Well except the cats which are learning to tolerate

Junk vacuum!!

Worked pretty well for about a month. Then part of the charging base melted and it doesn't charge well. Have been in contact with very poor customer service. That problem hasn't been resolved yet, been trying for 2 months to get that taken care of and now the vacuum is squealing. Save your money and don't buy!!

We’ve had nothing but problems. It sometimes will not get back in the base correctly to charge. Other times, one of the charging pins on the base sticks down and it won’t make contact to charge the vacuum. Very frustrating to absolutely say the least.

Works well, avoids stairs without issue

Best Buy helped pick the best for my house. And it works great. Very customizable on the app. Works great. We named ours Astro. It's like a new pet!
