Love it. I wish I bought it sooner. It does a great job cleaning dog hair.

I had a 3rd generation Roomba for a while and it’s still up and running, we needed a second Roomba for downstairs so we got the J7+, the most amazing part about it is how quite and much smarter it is. It does the same job our old roomba does in half the time so it’s way more efficient.

Had to replace the first unit as it was defective, the second unit is defective as well. Second time running it, it told me the bag was full, which is impossible. My old roomba would go months without the bag getting full. So,I replaced the bag. Now I keep getting a clog error. Reviewing forums out there, it seems like a pretty known problem with this model that is specific to Best Buy, and yet it's still being sold. I would look for another make/model.

It never charges properly since the charging port keeps getting obstructed. It didn't happen with my last Roomba.

This is my second Roomba. 1st older model from 13 years ago is still going strong and has been sent upstairs to clean. I bought the J7+ about a month ago and it is amazing. No more hangups on cords or lothes and the auto dump feature is super cool and effective. No issues at all. Wish it could climb stairs.

This has been a game changer in our 1 story home. Pretty crazy having a robot in the house - but the ability to configure where it goes and when it goes there is amazing. One thing I was surprised by, on our concrete floors, it sent broken glass flying!

Does as advertised. After it learns the floor plan, it cleans the floor. Wished the battery life was better but it does go back to the base and charge and then resume where it left off.

Awesome. I regret waiting so long in purchasing one.

I should had purchased a long time ago for my home.

Upgraded from my 600 series which is about 10 years old. I love the mapping and how it navigates the area. It doesn't simply bounce around like the old one. Little less noisy also. Self emptying is much more convenient than I thought.

Great product, easy to install and does it’s job!!!

Waited about a month before reviewing. I had some serious doubts this thing would do the job. We do dog rescue and have 8 collies....vacuuming is a way of life for us. I bought it as a present for my wife(although we both vacuum) as she works outside the home and I wanted to make her week a little easier. I'm shocked at how well this vacuum handles our situation. I researched for awhile before landing on the j7+. We do clean out the dog hair daily but since we are at the extreme end of the pet ownership I feel that is expected. Roomba made it fool proof to keep clean. In general it performs without fault. So well that we are thinking of getting another for our second floor. I have to admit its a little interesting to watch it work too.Cheap entertainment for a geeky guy.

Literally the worst purchase! Do some research before you purchase a roomba because this one has been nothing but a problem. I work on it and do more maintenance than it actually cleans and end up using an old Hoover that picks up more than this one! More trouble than it’s worth!

This is a great great vacuum. His very intelligent as well It won't run over cables. It won't run over anything that it might get tangled with as a camera and recognizes what those things are. It's also fairly quiet. I highly recommend it
