This Robot vacuum cleaner is the best product I have every purchased! It cleans very well and I like the fact that I do not have to make sure everything is off the floor before it starts~ I would recommend this product to any person!

I've had my Roomba J7+ going on 2 months now and am loving it. Very important is that the software and hardware work very well together without much hiccups. Its mapping may take a little while to perform but once done, it's pretty accurate. You can set up a sequence of rooms to do for a vacuum run and my J7 will head to that first room and so on. Much more complete than another robot vacuum and mop product I've had. The J7+ self-emptying bin is a major plus and convenience. You get what you pay for. I'm satisfied.

Horrible. Doesn't work even though it was brand new. Threw away the packaging immediately not thinking there would be any issue. It says there's something wrong with the wheels. Support is very slow and time consuming with up to a week before a response or no response. They sent us new wheels to install (again, how bad is this to have to do on a brand new machine?) and they didn't even fit our unit. Now they're not responding. Unbelievably bad all around. $350 + tax spent on a piece of trash.

Does what it's meant to and easy to setup. Vacuum's my house during the week and empty's itself. What more could you ask for. They seem to run a sale on this all the time, worth getting.

Excellent job avoiding obstacles, if you have the notification feature enabled, at the end of a cleaning job, you can review obstacles and mark them as temporary or permanent objects. Very happy with this product.

One of the reasons that I purchased this was because of the good reviews that I read about it and it hasn't disappointed. It works exactly as advertised and even gets more of the dust and dirt against the wall than I expected. I'd have given it 5 stars, but I was having a connection issue and when I called Best Buy Customer Service, they switched me to a third party who solved my connection issue and then proceeded to give me a sales pitch for firewall protection. This only served to annoy me.

Worked great until it died exactly 1 year after purchasing. Now it's on sale for $500 dollars less than I paid.

The roomba has exceeded my expectations. It avoids pet toys, wires, or really any obstacle. I have had this for a couple months now and it has never got stuck or not made it’s way back to the dock.

Wow! This little thing is smart ! in my case it goes under my coach to get the pet hair so that I don’t have to deal with moving it every time! The mapping is impressive. The emptying container is LOUD but efficient!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. thing is jankkkkkkk hard to believe this thing cant do any better for the price. its absolutely stupid and takes HOURS AND HOURSSSSS to clean my small house. save some money and just buy an off brand one. thats what i should have done. always fighting it and itll just run on its own and clean the same area 15 times? just all around jank

Fantastic machine! Replaces my Neato device and so thankful for the dumping capability and this seems to do a better job on pet hair (2 labs let us live with them). Reliable and also sends message when filter change is needed—very helpful!

Less than a month of running it, but so far it’s been great. Much better than my past bump and run versions. Will give it 90 days to continue to do well, and then add a couple more around the house.

Love how hands off appliance is! Just open my phone and job gets done. It does have some trouble getting back on the charging station once a while. Only complaint

It misses a few spots, especially along baseboards, but in general, it does a terrific vacuuming job for the house. Best of all, I Don't Have To Mess With It! Just turn it on and tell it which rooms to do! When you first install the unit, allow it to map your entire vacuuming area. it will show you a map of your house along with its ideas of the various room boundaries. You can edit those, changing the boundaries and assigning names to the rooms (e.g., "Kitchen", "Master Bedroom", etc.) Then when you schedule a job, you can tell it which rooms to clean. After a few sessions, it will also report how long was needed to clean each individual room. It also notices and reports cleaning problems (e.g., under Living Room sofas). Love it!

My floors are always clean now! So when mapping, make sure all your lights are on. Give the machine a chance to get a good map together. Then set your schedule by areas, and it’s good to go.

I read several reviews good and bad and have had good luck using it. It does occasionally get caught up in some things but nothing that surprised me. I think its a good product. A little higher priced than I would like but worth the money.

Mine was acting up instead of waiting for repair they got me a new one shipped right to my door

Multiple dogs and multiple cats... and never had an experience like the older horror stories of these running over animal message. The cloud base AI approach is great for ensuring messes are left well enough alone.

Really great robot vacuum! The suction is a little loud, and replacing the bags isn’t the most ideal thing, but my house stays clean!
