This vacuum is the greatest thing since sliced bread. You program it to go where you need cleaning and it does the rest. This is one of the best products I have ever bought

I have been an iRobot user for 20 years or so. This is obviously the newest vacuum. I purchased two of these to replace my old roombas which still work great. I wanted this to be able to empty without my help.

This robot is amazing! It works so much better than I expected. I cannot imagine my life without one now. My floor is dust-free and I didn't have to lift a finger. If you can afford one buy it, you won't regret it.

This robotic vacuum is exceptional. It is controlled through your smartphone, and is very quick to respond. It picks up most of the pet hair; dust and tracked in dirt. I'm totally pleased with this purchase.

Hands down the best vacuums I’ve purchased. It’s so easy to set up, have it map out your home. Set a schedule and forget it. Keeps the home nice and dirt/dust and animal hair free!!

Great product. I use this vacuum almost daily especially with a dog that sheds. You do have to clean out the bottom often because of the dog hair. Highly recommended vacuum.

Over all its a good vacuum. It gets stuck more often than advertised and every once in a while it fails to dock on the charger.

Fit and finish out of the box was excellent. Beyond simple to set up and begin use in minutes. Communication is flawless. Very pleased with this purchase to date.

Works well. They should of definitely made it more quiet when emptying. Sounds very loud.

Not easy to Wi-Fi Connected, i returned and get iRobot - Roomba J5+.

Easy enough to set up and did an ok job cleaning, the first time. The next time it ran, it stopped and gave an error 18. I took noticed cat hair stuck on the swivel wheel and the sensors covered in dust. I have a relatively small house, with all vinyl plank flooring. I manually vacuum at least once a week. After using this vacuum for about a month, I discovered that it has to be taken apart and cleaned after each use, otherwise it throws an error. I also noticed it runs into furniture. The front is all scratched and looks horrible because of this. It recognizes objects and slows down, but still rams into them. The time I saved using this was negated by the constant issues and required maintenance. Unfortunately it was past the ridiculously short return time, so I sold this through an online auction site. I was fortunate and found another brand that also mops and does not run into my furniture. It has ran for a week and had 0 issues. It feels like the technology on this one is out of date.

Has issues with the little spinning brushes and gets stuck a lot

Bought this to keep my bedroom carpet clean. Cats will leave fur and litter on the carpet, and this seems to be picking it all up. It even gets in under the bed. Happy over all with this purchase.

Works just as advertised. I should’ve bought one long ago. The first time or two takes a while as described in the owners manual. After that it is perfect. Definitely recommend.

Not cheap but already saving so much time which you can't put a price on. It also cleans excetionally well on our wood, tile and low pile carpets especially in a house with pets and kids.

Hit and miss on returning to charging base to empty or recharge. Wouldn't empty itself, as it kept saying the bag was full and needed to be replaced. Um, no, did that twice, didn't work. Spent more time searching for and emptying myself than one that doesn't empty itself. Returned and bought one that isn't self-emptying.

We love this vacuum. We have a short haired cat and never see hair. This is so powerful and does an amazing job. Liked it so much got one for my dad's house as well.

Wow this is an amazing toy. My floors look great. Wood floors, some rugs (no-go zones) to protect the fringe. The bird room is always clean. This bot cleans!

Quality is excellent. Does a good job. However, will occasionally leave some dirt and need repeat vacuum.
