It is not yet a year old and will not run. (error 30) 1.5 hours on tech support hold, who knows how long that would have gone. It's a great vacuum - when it works. For the price it should last longer before needing work. In the process now of hopefully a warranty fix.

I'm disappointed with this model. I had an earlier model that lasted for years and did a better job in my opinion. There is only one brush on this model and it has had a hard time mapping my house. Definitely not worth what I paid for it.

I love everything about this Roomba! It does an excellent job from area rugs to hardwood to tile to small rugs!

Seriously the best thing I have ever bought. Got this after getting 2 very shedding dogs. Have wood floors throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. I have it clean all the hardwood every morning and I have it clean the other rooms like once a week as the dogs aren’t in there much. Love being able to label rooms and have it only do certain places. I do have to clean it like once a week due to all the dog hair but when you turn it over, it’s very easy to take each section apart to get rid of the hair and put back together.

This product works pretty well if you use it regularly. Don’t wait a week in between. I did not buy an extended warranty from Best Buy. That was my first mistake. Ive had this for 6 months and its still under manufacturer’s warranty. Irobot’s service is terrible. It stopped working and Irobot has told me 4 times I would have a battery in 5-7 days. Nothing. I don’t expect to get one. They are working hard on ignoring me. If you buy one I highly recommend you get an extended warranty through anyone but Irobot. These things are not cheap. Money wasted.

Excellent better then I thought. It cleans and detects what he cant eat no need to worry about vacuuming little toys up now. Best thing ever.

The Roomba has improved tremendously since it was first introduced. I enjoy the fact that it discharges the trash into a bin automatically. The sweeping brushes is fragile and get damages when sweep soft and plushy rugs such as sheep skin rugs. It gets stuck too easily around stools.

I wanted to love this, I spent weeks researching and convincing my wife we needed this but was let down. I am currently using a second hand 2015 Roomba 980 upstairs which cleans so good, got this J7 with the mop bundle to do downstairs. The J7 is way quieter than the 980 but does a mediocre job. It just kicked everything with the side brush and the clean up seemed to be less effective. I ended up returning it after 3 days because it’s not good enough. The whole concept of driving around things is BS, it just rams into everything. I spent more time cleaning up for it to run then it actually running. It’s not bad but going against a 2015 machine this thing is not worth the price. Best Buy also went on sale after I bought it and they would not honor the price, I was told to return it and rebuy so I just nope and got my $900 back.

Two weeks in and I luv the job it's doing. I have two dogs and it keeps the floors free of sand and grass on almost on a daily routine.

So far has been a very good purchase. It is a bit loud when it's on solid surfaces, but that would be my only complaint at this time.

This is a great product. It learns my rooms well and is efficient. It has made cleaning my house so much easier and less stressfu.

For the cost of this Roomba, I would avoid it at all cost. I’ve owned this thing for two months and there are constant issues with it. Too many issues to write in this review. Trust me avoid this product.

This is my second roomba I like this one because there’s no need for me to move items out of the way

Love this thing. Super intelligent and does a great job. Can’t believe how far these things have come.

My wife loves this vacuum. We run it twice a week and it cleans our floors better than we thought. We may never use our Dyson again.

Quiet, cleans effectively. It navigates over our area rugs without issue. The app is wonderful for managing the rooms.

So far it's doing an excellent job. House has couple of dogs and cats and the vacuum has done what it's suppose to

This is the first time I’ve owned a Roomba and I love it! It cleans my floors better than my cleaning lady!
