This vacuum is smart and does all the dirty for me. The vacuum will learn the layout of your house and you can divide the area per room. Once you separate the rooms, you can request to vacuum only specific areas of your house. I easily connected it to my Alexa and the app is easy to use.

We are happy to report having this run a few times a week has drastically reduced stray dog hair. We have a short hair breed that sheds a lot. The hair was all over the new composite floor (static) Cue this bot to resolve the issue and reduce the need to vacuum daily.

I got this to replace a competitors low-end robot. It is used to clean two rooms, less than 400 square feet total. This robot does not clean as well as the competitors. It leaves a lot behind. When I use the "extra clean" mode the battery drains off and the robot simply stops where ever it may be without finishing to job. When it makes it back to the dock it does not always seat right and doesn't charge. The app does not always connect.

Meh. Its pretty cool but is already having software issues. It keeps saying smart map issues, which ive followed instructions and it doesnt resolve it. Dont expect it to deep clean.

Love this roomba, easy to setup and add no go zones. Never got stuck after couple of months. Asks questions about new objects and I tested, it really detects and avoids cables, slippers, etc. Bas station is very powerful but loud, so don't place it somewhere that it will scare you.

Waiting on a replacement but the cleaning base never emptied the Roomba and it’s quite loud. We shall see if the replacement is any better.

LOVE IT. - Named it Everett!! Goes under beds(dust bunny) sofa. Will sweep your kitchen & bathroom if you like. One less chore to do. Everette came run everyday. Best for allergen, ( pet hair) Do know why I waited so long to purchase Everette.

Really wanted to love this but sent it back after only having it two days. Doesnt pick up pet hair just leaves piles of it on the rugs.

I bought mine more than 2 weeks ago and the spinner motor stopped working the day after the refund period. This is very disappointing that I will have to deal with this alone, especially for an expensive product in such a short amount of time. IT ONLY LASTED 2 WEEKS BEFORE IT FAILED. Buyer Beware

I love coming home to freshly vacuumed floors. I should have bought one of these years ago. The camera is a game-changer. It does get stuck every now and then, but still worth it.

Says it supposed to work better than the S9 because it has cameras. Still gets stuck on the ledge of my sliding doors.,.. everyday. But still eliminates the need for me to vacuum

Junk. Has not vacuumed a full cycle since I’ve had it. Always gets loser and can’t find it way home. Threw the box away so I can’t return it.

We upgraded to this model to have the benefit of mapping rooms and cleaning a specific room, We were not disappointed. The mapping feature is fairly accurate and provides the cleaning flexibility needed. The fact it can avoid wires on the floor is a big plus.

Does great for lite, daily vacuuming. It doesn't get tangled up with long hair. However, it doesn't always get edges or corners we'll.

I have a multiple cat household and have had a botvac for years. My least favorite part was emptying the dirt bin. Cat fur, and litter dust. Gross!! The self emptying feature is a lifesaver!! Also the feature that identifies obstacles is great. No more vacuumed up fur balls!

Great maintenance vacuuming. These robots have gotten better over the years, but they don't quite replace an upright. As long as you know you will still need to pull out the big one once in a while for stuff like embedded pet hair or ground in dirt it is a great convenience.

love love love my roomba. the only complaint i have is that it doesnt go up on my carpet (which is a little thick but not too much). other than that it's perfect!

terrible . i like the firat roomba better than this one! i am about to go to best buy and return this product and get me different one! this one stops 20 times to finish cleaning ! not bevause of obstacles or anything in floor just keep saying empty the bin where there is nothing in it! so frustrating!

Sincerely is more intelligent But does not pick up as much as my Roomba 690. So, will be patient for a better upgrade.

Not as good as past Roombas I've had. The suction is very weak, I sprinkled a little sugar on the tile floor and it didn't pick it up:( It also left a lot of "hair strings" all over the carpet. I thought this was supposed to be excellent for pet hair- NOT! After 2 uses: the end of rollers were tight full of hair, and the side brush stopped working. Going back to Shark Robot vacuum, that works awesome.
