Love this thing. I use it one our hard wood floors. Helps with the dogs shedding throughout the apartment

The iRobot does not pickup a lot of stuff off the floor. The robot goes for 10 hours and after checking the bag there is only a small amount of dust, dog hair etc in the bag. I can pickup the same amount of stuff in 5 minutes with my dyson. It's annoying to have this thing going all day long and not really picking up much stuff.

I removed the vacuum from my account and now I can’t get it to reconnect to my account It keeps saying it’s connected to another account

So far so good ! Only had her for a few days, and so far she has been really good and no problems. I like that you can set it to come on when ever you want.

Purchased 2 to replace older roombas. They are working great a very good update. Worth the money. The new technology in the latest roombas are great.

I love the convenience my roomba gives me. This is definitely a big jump from my old one. I especially love the pet waste avoidance tech.

This Roomba set up with vacuum that empties bin is temperamental. Dog hair clogs the internal bin because the opening is small and your having to stop and empty it all the time. We have to clean the contacts after every use. The old one was better, in my opinion. The old one held more dirt & dog hair therefore it didn’t have to stop so many times.

I love the self-emptying bin. It works great with the wi-fi. Easy to use. Love the history feature and the review feature. House stays cleaner.

I call this, "best friend". This is our second Roomba and this is far better than the earlier model we had. I can set it and forget it and it empties itself.

Got this to help keep up with our 2 Golden Retriever's shedding. It works well over the hard surfaces with the dog hair but not so great over the carpet and leaves some clumps of golden hair behind. The rollers need to be taken out and cleaned after every 2-3 runs. The dust tower was a must and works well and the object avoidance works very well!

Pros: the app is great and map was easy to divide rooms and label them. I had no issues with the Wifi connection. The product itself seems well designed and I do like the lower height base which can fit under some furniture. Cons: Camera only sensor vacs are not good. Lidar and a camera would be the best. Lidar for room navigation and a camera for object detection. This being a camera only system must have some room lighting to work. Mapping also did not complete on it's first run. It had to recharge for 90 minutes before continuing. Ignoring the first run, which creates the map, this vac just seems to bump into everything. Even when a wall is directly in front of the camera, it slams into it. Granted it does slow down before hitting the wall. After testing 3 robot vacuums, I can say the navigation on this one is below average. My other two vacs were lidar systems, and did a much better job navigating. As I don't keep products that I am unhappy with, I did return this.

Have not used the product much, but it seems to be a decent product

Software and operation buggy. It works when it wants to. I swear I never want to buy another iRobot product, but the ant-pet dedication feature drove me back. Manually pushing the button to activate is hit or miss. I’ll get the occasional text from my spouse informing me that the robot is not working or responding.

A little trouble getting it set with the wifi but once its going absolutely great

We have not had it very long ,but it seems to be very efficient and fun to watch. When it needs charged, it returns to base and then finishes the job when it finishes charging.

Very good robot vac. Quiet except when emptying bag at base station. Takes a while to set up, especially if you have multiple areas to vacuum. Doesn't always avoid cords.

Works amazing. I am able to program the iRobot for times when I am out of the house and select what rooms I want vacuumed. When I return the areas are vacuumed.

The vaccume has to empty eay to many times to clean my house.

Excellent. Actually amazing watching it maneuver around all objects on the floor. Goes from hardwood to carpet with no problem. And better yet with the accessory mop.
