Poor quality product

I've been waiting for the repair for a month. Buying another iRobot brand is not safe and they do not provide good customer service.

Lackluster cleaning power

The software and ease of setup are great. The cleaning power is a totally different story. We ran the unit three different times and then went over our carpet with our Dyson Animal and filled up the canister. The self cleaning base wouldn’t remove any pet hair from the unit. I love the idea and the integration but this simply doesn’t have any cleaning power.
