    I’m not sure where to even start with how awful this machine is. I bought this item, got everything set up and it worked great until day 5. It through an error code that the brush system couldn’t spin. It was day 5 how could the brush system possible not spin. So I took everything apart. Watched videos on how to fix this issue. Nothing would work. Called customer service and they sent me a new brush system… when I checked tracking on the new brush system it was set out to deliver to me in 2 weeks out. I decided that was absolutely ridiculous so I packed everything up and returned everything back to Best Buy… you would think after only having the product for 5 days and it not working I would give up on it. Buuuut of course not. When I returned the robot I bought another one with high hopes it would actually work… boy was I wrong. Day 14 it through a code saying I needed to factory reset the machine. I tried to do so and I could never get my app to connect back with the vacuum after the reset. So after 4 hrs of trying to get it to connect I packed everything up once again and took it back to the store and returned it. Don’t waste your money on this machine. I tried to love it. For heaven sakes I bought the machine twice hoping for something.. I spent almost $700 on the machine for it to break after a couple uses.

    It won't let us program it! Doesn't pick up or clean as good, I don't think! Disappointed that I have to manually get it to start cleaning.
