It was good and I enjoyed it, until it was no longer good. It lasted less than a year before it went crazy and decided to stop recognizing its home base. It was like it couldn’t remember what its purpose was. Unfortunately, I had to return it. Decided not to replace after both this and the mop did the exact same thing.

Love the new tech like pics of objects and mapping options in this vac. It’s great to have the extended dirt bag too. The only downside is how noisy it runs and empties..

Great on hardwood floor, not so much on carpet. Pet hair fills the container very quickly.

I love my new iRobot Roombaj7+. It self empties and avoids obstacles as advertised. I also love that the power is so strong that nearly all corners are cleaned as well (baring really deep tight corners, understandable).

I know this may not be the same for everybody, but I had three of them break on me literally. Two got replaced, but I had to jump through a bunch of hoops. It was Product manufacturer defects. And I bought it when it was full price along with the Mop device. It was like $1000. Biggest waste of money I ever made because it never worked. It was constantly broken due to software glitches 

This device would be great for a specific environment. Little stuff on the floor, Flat floor with Flat Stone, Wood, etc. Not good for Tiles at all. The reason is obvious. The brush is designed for flat surfaces only. CAn't reach the grout that is a little deep. Besides that, the Mapping was so poor. We don't have a big home. maybe 1800 sqft on 1st floor. a lot of open areas and carpet/Tile mix areas. I was placing the device in different locations and tried to do the mapping to no avail! Mapping never ended. Even when we started vacuuming, it left many spots untouched. even w/o any obstacles. It found a comfort spot under one of our coaches and it was always getting under it many many times and spent a lot of time there circling. No matter where I was placing it, it was always found that spot and getting there to spin! :) I'm not saying that is useless. But it is not made to cover all kinds of places. I thought in the era of AI, this should do much better. Maybe inthe future!

Love my Roomba! Took a day or two to map my house. Haven't had any issues.

This is my first robot vacuum. I absolutely love it!

Terrible investment. Paid over $800 for this thing that is more trouble than it's worth. Had to return the first one due to a "glitch". On the 2nd one now & rarely completes a cleaning without throwing an error. Constantly having to clean sensors & it is always has issues with finding it's way home, empties bin after 2 or 3 paths. I have spent more time cleaning the stupid thing than it has vacuumed my 1500 foot house. Will probably return & just get money back.

Much better brush roll system than Roborock S5. The automated base is perfect! Wish they would switch navigation to LiDAR.

Products works as advertised. Only down side is how fast the debris bags fill up on the docking station

We're a busy family and didn't unpack the vacuum for a couple of weeks and when we finally did, we noticed the dust bin was missing. When we contacted Best Buy for a replacement, it was denied. We'll never buy another thing from this company again.

Works great, fast leaves a nice clean foot and isn’t too loud

I had an earlier version of this product for many years. Bragged to everyone about how it was the best thing since sliced bread. But this one is sadly disappointing. Wish I would have purchased a Shark.

Does a horrible job with hair!! Had two of them! If u have dogs dont do it!
