I had a Roomba before and loved it and bought the Roomba Vac/Mop combo. These are great products and really am happy with both - the little mop really was nice to clean the laminate wood floors

I had a basic cheap robot and I wanted to invest a new smart one and a mop and this package seemed ideal but I had so many issues that i had to return it: - It took it for ever create a map, I tried 3 times and never finished the map. - It stuck while working on a flufy carpet. - It ate a charger cable once - It could not climb when there was a tiny level difference. -It banged to objects and walls all the time There are so many better and cheaper vaccumes out there

While the Roomba is absolutely awesome for carpet, it scratched the heck out of my hardwood flooring. The bravva jet on the other hand is definitely worth buying! The only thing I don't like is how expensive the actual cleaning solution (verses just water) is. I love that you can save specific rooms into your phone app and tell both the vaccum and mop when and where to clean!

It should be a great system if I can ever get it to work. The vac works as advertised, the mop won't get it's mapping done in spite of numerous mapping runs. No online help, they never respond, you have to call. A great product spoiled by poor instructions and service.

Its a little loud but it works great. Definately makes things easier

It has exceeded expectations for cleaning & mapping. Got the bravo mop in a bundle and that woyld have been a great choice by itself. Getting both felt like a steal.

One of the best Robo Vaccuums on the market. I did a lot of research and decided this was the system I wanted and I'm really pleased with the performance and operation of the vacuum and robot mop!

Not perfect but definitely great! This vaccum frees so much of my time. It my not pick up 100% of everything but it gets the job done. The app on the other hand might not be as easy to understand as I would like but with Roomba integrating with Amazon Alexa I really don’t need the app.

Easy to setup. Works good. Only issue is it’s very loud.

Great product! Both the Roomba and Baava work well together to keep our floors clean. The Roomba S9+ does a great job on hard wood floors and carpet and the self empty function it great!

The vacuum is terrific! The bags in the base station could be larger, because pet hair will fill it up in a hurry, but it does a great job. The Brava Jet does a decent job, but I feel it could be better. I still gave five stars based mainly on the vacuum.

Does a great job quieter and way better then my last one. The mop does pretty well I wish I could adjust the threashold on the map smaller so the mop would go over but it may be something I’m doing still messing with it. I would recommend both

This vac and mop are a huge improvement from the old Roomba 850 model I use to have. The old Roomba had the castor wheel in front. We have long hair dogs and the old vac's wheel was always getting hair tangled up in it. I was having to clean it every day in addition to clearing out the dust bin. This new Roomba S9 has the castor wheet on the back. I've been using both the vac and mop like crazy. I have not had any problems with the dog hair. It's also been really nice to not worry about emptying the dust bin. For our needs, the mop works really well. I love putting the dry dusting mop on it and letting it 'swifter' our living spaces late at night. The mop is really quiet. This pair is not cheap. I'm happy to say that I feel like i'm getting my money's worth. TWO BIG THUMBS UP!

The s9+ vacuum is outstanding. The mop is just okay but it was a bundle and we got a great deal so the vacuum more than makes up for the mop's shortcomings.

Its good but is taking for ever to do my house map.

Could not get over a transition from laminate to tile flooring. It would get stuck and spin it's wheels, and go back and forth and manage to get over the transition 1 in every 10 attempts. Had trouble with getting around kitchen bar stools, would bump into them and then sit and spin around in a circle for 5 minutes like it was trying to figure out where it was. After mapping house told it to clean just the kitchen (the room the base is in) and so it left the base and then went to living room and proceeded to bounce around and never went to the kitchen to clean. After 10 minutes it gave up and returned to the base. Vacuuming ability was ok, it would get about 90% of the dirt up in the areas it vacuumed.

I bought this product in good condition then I started to get issues with it a couple months later so I called Iroomba to find out they sold me a product that was considered good that was over three years old used in two other people‘s homes. I’ve only used this thing a couple times, so I decided to open it up to find dog hair all over the inside of it. After three hours of fighting with my Roomba over the phone I could not get any help so I went to Best Buy geek squad I explained the situation and they basically said there was nothing that they can do. I’ve bought so many robot vacuums and can’t see myself going back Through Best Buy or with. iRobot after this experience. I have spent a couple hundred bucks on a robot that lasted me a couple of months and I can’t do anything about it and I’m now stuck with it then loud noises this thing makes is crazy that it’s developed. I’ve spent out of $200 at bringing places to get it looked at And I can’t even buy the parts that it needs. I don’t expect a robot that cost $1300 brand new to act like this. I’m overall very disappointed, and about five hours into this and 200 bucks on bringing a places to get it looked at and even trying to get it fixed.

I have had the brava m6 for a year and a half now, and it still hasn’t mapped my whole house. The one time I thought it had been successful, there was a message that stated that due to iRobot’s error that map could not be used. Also, there is a design flaw with the float in the water tank. There is a repeating error message to fill the tank. There are several YouTube videos by owners of this machine demonstrating how to get the mop to reset after receiving said message. I have lost hours of my time trying to get this mop to work as it should. I have a lot of experience with home automation, so let’s not chalk these machine flaws up to user ignorance.

Both products are truly incredible. They are efficient, accurate, and very easy to use. They both offer endless amounts of customization, along with excellent customer service. I’d definitely buy this again!
