Before making the purchase, I spent a long time contemplating which robot vacuum to buy. I watched videos on YouTube, read numerous articles online, and finally settled on this vacuum. I believe I made the right choice. Now, my home is always clean. I can control my robot vacuum using the app on my phone. For instance, when my friends called and said they would come over this evening, I simply pressed a button on my phone, and my robot vacuum cleaned the entire room! I'm really pleased with my purchase. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

Love this Roomba S9, I have a golden retriever and you can imagine the amount of shedding he does. The Roomba is a pro to grab out all the tangled hair from the carpet and get the house sparkling clean! Beyond love for this product!

I have had the brava m6 for a year and a half now, and it still hasn’t mapped my whole house. The one time I thought it had been successful, there was a message that stated that due to iRobot’s error that map could not be used. Also, there is a design flaw with the float in the water tank. There is a repeating error message to fill the tank. There are several YouTube videos by owners of this machine demonstrating how to get the mop to reset after receiving said message. I have lost hours of my time trying to get this mop to work as it should. I have a lot of experience with home automation, so let’s not chalk these machine flaws up to user ignorance.

Having our iRobot vacuum has been a huge time saver. We have 2 labs and a large area of hardwood and carpet. I have it scheduled a couple days a week and also own the mop version. Mop automatically starts after vacuuming. Cleaninf and updating parts is very easy. We love it!

This is a definite step up from the original roomba that I've had for over 5 years! The combo is a must for anyone with hardwood or tile floors. Only recommendation is to ensure that chairs are up and Roomba proof everything so as to lessen run time and errors. The robots are quiet and almost undetectable which is a plus for anyone who understands how loud these things can be. I recommend it even though your family and friends will think you're crazy! Hope this helps!

If you’re familiar with the product line then you’ll appreciate this as an upgrade. Quiet and battery life seems to be enhanced. Mop is decent I’d like to see more in the future.

Absolutely loving these! I had an early model Roomba, then currently have two cheaper robot vacuums & the early model mop but these seem to clean thoroughly!

Very pleased with the vacuum, the mop is just ok. They work and keep the house clean in between real cleanings.

I do like the iRobot, but this one is a little bit noisier than my previous i7 so I am a little bit disappointed and for the price not satisfied

Amazing how much better these roombas have gotten. This is really advanced. Love how it learns the layout of the main floor of our house then allows you to define rooms and program the roomba to clean only certain places with a couple of button pushes.

Great product saves me a lot of time with house cleaning. Easy to use it takes a few times for robot to map your house so don't dispair. I had an issue with vacuum but irobot customer service is great and responsive so problem was resolved.

The vacuum system works great. The mop is always lost and always needs assistance or a reboot. I’ve had to re-map the house twice already. But when it does actually work it does a fantastic job. But it’s really rare that the mop works on the first go.

We love this set! It cleans very thoroughly and efficiently. You can download an app on your phone to map out the rooms. Then you can set it to clean while you are away or choose to only clean one or more rooms. Pricey but worth the extra.

It’s really very helpful. It cleans my whole house and it is smart. I don’t need to move my carpet. If it get on the carpet through Corner it finds its way. I bet you will not regret. And THANK YOU BEST BUY.

Good so far. Had if for about a month now and its working good. Must admit I though having to change the bags was going to be a pain but not at all. Once a month is all you need to change. Plus you can get the bags in bulk on Amazon. Wish it cam with a remote. For sure not worth the price, but great product.

I am happy, my life is different, just the the bin has a bag, and some accessories than is necessary to buy frequently One of the sticks rolls was broken in the first week The roomba can not obey if you are not at home, the app no is designed for use a distance

Can’t believe I waited this long to get these. You have to be careful with what is left out when you have them scheduled to run, but my floors haven’t been cleaner with almost no additional work!

Its a great product, vacuum & mops perfectly. It tkaes about couple complete runs to map out the area but once its done and each room is assigned it can be programmed to clean a specific space.

I was amazed how awesome this vac system is. Cleans very nice, vacuums under couch where I can reach. It maps the house, can send it to any room to clean. Just love it. What an awesome vac.

The reboot vacuum works well and I love the fact it frees me up to do something else while it vacuums. The mop works but doesn’t work well on tile. Works good on hardwood floors though.
