The vacuum cleaner is amazing. Very detailed in its cleaning and effective. The mop, not so much. It’s like draggining a wet lettuce leaf over your floor. Complete rubbish.

This is by far the best $1000 I ever spent. It was so good I bought another for my second floor bacause I didn’t want to have to worry about vacuuming and mopping any more. But I have to say that you need to keep up vacuuming and moping regularly. You can’t wait too long else it doesn’t do a good job when the floor is super dirty. After my daughters birthday I didn’t like the mopping but the floor was too dirty. I also have a cleaner who used to clean every week. I told her to now clean only the bathrooms and dust furniture because I got the floors now

I'm loving it, they are easy to set up, they completely clean my floors and also they can be program to start whenever is most convenient for you.

I love this robot. It makes my floors look so nice and clean. It gets all the dog hair off the floor and from the corners.

This comb vacuum and mop looks beautiful and works great. The vacuum does an excellent job of cleaning up the floor and when it’s done the mop washes the floor right after.

I never have to do floors again should have purchased it earlier. I was my wife’s and it really does a great job we can now set up zones for more detailed cleaning

Very impressed with the ease of use and how well roomba and brava actually clean. The option to map rooms is awesome. Although pricey, I would highly recommend.

Vacuum is great. Mop not so much. Have had it less than a year and the charging prongs on the bottom of the mop have rusted and it will not charge.

There is nothing to say about this product other than I absolutely love it! I had an older Roomba and this one blows it out of the water.

I love the vacuum and how well it works but the mop does not do a very good job. If I had to do it all over again I would only purchase the vacuum

Love my Robots!!!! So do the kids. Works well enough to keep the house clean. Trains my kids to keep stuff and toys off the floor.

This is probably the worst robot vacuum we have owned. It gets stuck everywhere, it’s super loud and compared to Neato its embarrassing. The app is halfway decent. The mop will not leave my kitchen due to a small transition. It’s sad Best Buy doesn’t catch Neato products in store anymore and was forced to go backwards in regards to quality and technology.

So far I love the roomba and mop it’s been a great addition to my family. It’s set every night at 10:00pm so when I wake up all my floors are spotless. I hope they never break down.

I have had this robot for a few months and it is great. Very easy to use and set up. Cleans very well in all areas and surfaces. My wife was a little skeptical about it at first now uses it all the time. We use with Alexa and does fine. No bugs in the app have been encountered. I do recommend doing mapping runs at first this will speed everything up so you can set up rooms. Have everything ready then do it while at work or out. I regularly come home to a clean house.

I am very pleased with this product!!! I have a very large old home... with some difficult spots... it handles it great!! Very happy with this cleaner.

I never had a robot system before, I am very pleased with the performance of these robots. It's nice to have both systems to keep my floors clean.
