Don’t buy… mop..on first run, for map run still mopping, after 15 minutes, it started moving backwards and then moving in circle, vacuum …it’s too loud with some cranky noise, on mapping run it was doing cleaning, don’t resume from where it left, luckily was in 15 days return window….

No really it picks up dirt, dust and pet hair well! Occasionally needs rescuing from dog hair but overall saves lots of time.

Great Product! Just don't leave cords or small object on the floor.

Our first robot vacuum. We love it and the ease of use. Most people complain about how loud it is but it is no louder than a standard vacuum. These things were designed so you can run it while your not home. We got it a great price. And honestly we wouldn’t have bought this model if it wasn’t for the price. There is another bundle offered but the color of this was good.

Vacuum is a dream. No trouble at all and perfect on my 1700sf downstairs but the mop won't stop resetting itself for 2 days straight every 30 seconds. Needs to update software but says unavailable. About to return because I really need this set since I am having back surgery in a couple of weeks. Great concept but maybe not there yet especially at this price.

Buy this package on sale! I admit originally my skepticism prevented my from purchasing a robot vacuum or a robot mop. After one week with my new robot vacuum and mop. I have to say. I love it. Still trying to figure out the proper water to cleaner ratio for the mop. As the mop will leave tread marks after mopping. The vacuum is loud while cleaning. Especially on hardwood. Works well with google assistant and Alexa.

I had owned iRobot vacuums in the past. They are not cheap, so I do expect them to perform at their very best. I have no issues with the vacuum, but unfortunately the braava jet does not work. I'm hopping that it was just a defective unit and hopefully once I'm able to exchange it, would have a use for it. I contacted Best Buy's customer service to arrange the return of the unit so will update once that happens.

I love my rumba. This comb set helps me help around the house even when I am away at work. I don't have much time during the week to sweep and mop while at work so I rely on this set to keep the house clean from pet tracks and accidents. The vacuum does an amazing job at picking up hairs. And maintenance (IE bag change on base and mop pad care) is a breeze.

love the Vacuum and the MOB could be more improved or slightly larger reservoir for the cleaning agent.

Vacuum (Bentley) & Mop (Daphne) are not only a cute couple, but their work is awesome. From how they map together, to how the tour the home together is a simply a robot romance that works. Little freaked out on how they know how to dock themselves after they clean. Will review again after owned for a year.

These are the worst robots I've ever used. They are noisy, dumb, clumsy and frustrating. I wouldn't give these to my enemy. Absolute trash. Please do not buy these. It is absurd how many times these things have gotten "stuck" literally in the middle of a room with nothing around them. They don't work unless you leave the lights on. The mop won't go over the thinnest of transition strips without protesting. The cliff sensors get dusty and cause errors, but there's no way to service/clean them without destroying them. The battery doesn't last long enough to clean two rooms. In the time it takes the vacuum to do my living room and kitchen, I could vacuum and mop it by hand 5 times over. They both take the most tortured paths around the house. My laundry room for example is long and skinny. Instead of making two or 3 long passes down the length of the room, they will zigzag along the width of the room. Driving for 6 inches, stopping, turning around, driving for 6 inches, stopping, turning around...on and on for half an hour when it takes me 30 seconds to vacuum that room and I do a better job. I literally cannot say enough bad about these. They have no redeeming qualities. iRobot ownership is only suffering, there is no joy to be had. They create more problems than they solve. There are no pros, only cons. Now that they're owned by Amazon, I can't wait to get rid of them. I've had them listed on Marketplace for months and nobody wants them.
