I give it two stars because when it was working, it’s great, but I’m now on vacuum number 3 and mop number 2. Just brought the new bundle home yesterday the the robots are doing what the broken ones did that just returned a few days ago.

The Roomba combo package is good but the vacuum is very powerful great on carpet

Vacuum is great but the mop is mediocre at best. The mop gets hung up on transitions between the wood and tile and you pretty much have to babysit it. I would give the vacuum 5 stars and the mop 2 at best.

I picked this brand new unit up on Dec 9th and i got to use it for the first time on Dec 17th. I was receiving two errors replace bin and close lid. Bin was in place and lid was close. Customer support sent me a new bin. Replaced the new bin but still receiving close lid. Call customer support and after a few reboots he asked me to get a paper clip and pin all fours pins up to make sure the pins had contact with the lid. That fixed it. I was a little frustrated that I had to replace parts and adjust pins on a brand new unit. But once it started working i am please witht he results.

The duo is awesome for keeping our floors clean. The mapping must be done to maximize the features. We have them programmed to work in tandem with each other.

The vacuum hasn't worked out of the box. We finally got through to iRobot and they are sending out a new one but they are on back order for several weeks. Now my return window to Best Buy just expired. This vacuum better work as advertised or I will be very disappointed and out a lot of money! The mop seems to do a good job so far but haven't used it more than once since we don't have the vacuum.

Does the job, come home to a clean house every time.

Absolutely in love with the vacuum and mop. I have dark hardwood floors and we have to mop twice a day. I get on my app and start it before work and come home to clean floors. So glad I pulled the trigger and spent the money on this set! Definitely worth every penny!

I really wish I could give it 5 stars because the idea of not having to vacuum my self is great. However, I returned the vacuum and mop. The vacuum kept having an error with the lid. It would say not closed and it was. It could not vacuum without me babysitting it. It also had a hard time emptying its bin. It also could not vacuum my rugs.The mop is only good for a small area. I have stained concrete floors throughout my whole house. So I had to constantly change the mop pads. Even doing that it left streaks all over.

Only lasted 2 years and a few days before it stopped working.....right after service contract expired

This is the 3rd one I've purchased because I love mine so much. Great gifts!

So far I love both of these things. Wasn’t sure the mop was working until I took the pad off and saw everything it got off the floor. My last roomba 770 lasted me about 5yrs. Hopefully I can get that and more out of these. Highly recommend. Bravia is super quiet, roomba is more quiet than my last one.

It is not as intelligent as advertised, but it does the job
