iRobot is supposed to be a leader in robot vacuum technology and I don't doubt that these products are complex machines, but for the price, they should work - and work flawlessly. If I still had the box, I would have returned this motorized paperweight to BestBuy. Instead, iRobot is sending a replacement unit after less than a week of use. The s9 worked great for about four days then started throwing errors and shutting off. Customer service was helpful and tried to troubleshoot the issue but could only resolve to send a replacement unit which could take 7 - 10 days. From what I have read in forums, this is not a unique occurrence. Do some research and buyer beware. I expect more from a product that is nearly $1500.00.

Does a good job. Just be sure to get it on sale if you can.

Vacuum and mopper are really good, self clean, detects corners.

So far it’s awesome! Got at the beginning of December and they are both great. The mop doesn’t scrub where it may need it but does decent mopping. They both are pretty smart to my old Samsung that you can’t get parts for ( Or priced through the roof)!

I wanted to like it, the vacuum seems powerful. For the price it’s not worth the hassle. I’ve been getting error messages and that it’s not fully charged even after re positioning it multiple times it’s either not registering that it’s on the dock or it’s sliding down because of the incline. It’s loud when emptying the bin and it’s not bag less. The mopping pads or dry ones as well are not reusable. I’m thinking of returning it and just getting the shark 2 in one again

This combo machine has been quite impressive. Multiple floor plans and customizable jobs. You could even set a schedule with it. The vacuum auto empties itself and the braava works excellent on the tile. Bonus you can look up retail floor cleaners instead of the iRobot solution.

If you have pets, this is what you need. I have one dog, and a bird and both of them make a mess in my house but I schedule the Romba for clean every two hours and at the moment i love it!

I purchased the bundle and it has been the best smart vacuum and smart mop ever! The cost is pricy but worth ever penny but if you catch it on sales even better!!!

Really a good pair, a must have for a busy family, vacuum really powerful and intelligent enough for mapping the area, Mop it is more than a extension of the vacuum since the finishing after it is really good

Replaced my older Roomba. Totally worth the higher cost. Cleans my whole bottom floor with ease. Maps out everything perfectly. They work great together as well.

Was vary unsure about this purchase , now i wonder why i didn't do it sooner. This irobot pair do an amazing job at cleaning . I highly recommend this to anyone The time savings are real

You need to have much patience with this machine. Although it will map your house for it's use it will take many times of personal supervision for it to truly work on it's own

Vacuum is great. Wireless and able to set up with schedule

The vacuum robot did miss some spots sometimes and if you have a fluffy carpet the rotating brush gets stuck. The mop doesn’t scrub so you have to go back and scrub sticky stuff by hand. The mop left streaks of the tire marks on my hard floor tile.

I am a new owner so not much experience, but so far I really like both of the products. The vacuum went over the floor more than once, was not too loud and docked for more charging. The mopping machine did a good job and did not streak.

We just purchased these two and WOW - the vacuum is strong and mop is efficient and very intelligent. It took a few mapping scans for both to learn the floorplan. I highly highly recommend

Only downside is the connection after a few days wont work from your phone still trying to figure out how tgat works but does a good job just have to press the button now

Absolutely love my new robot vacuum. Saves me so much time and does an amazing job. Have not used mopping yet but will soon.

Perfect for large areas. App settings make it a breeze to setup auto cleaning features. Great for pet hair and deep carpet areas.
