Great product great sales people great geek squad would recommend Best Buy to everyone

This product is not worth the money at all. This bundle should be listed for no more than 300 dollars. I had issues with the navigation and cleaning head right out of the box. The vacuum kept spinning in circles. I called the manufacturer and they confirmed that it was a software issue. You'd think for the kind of money they want, they would fix all that stuff before selling it. I ended up returning it.

A must to buy. Very skeptical at first but after a few months we are pleased with this purchase.

Works amazingly. Good for the price. The mop struggled with trim but my new flooring doesnt have any.

Awesome combination of robots. Makes keeping up with cleaning so much easier. Highly recommend especially if have pets.

This dual vacuum and mopped works amazingly in tandem, keeps pet hair at bay. A little expensive but it gets the job done.

It gets the job done but there are better options. I ended up returning this and trying the Deebot AIVI and I found it to be the same if not better.

Loved the combo. This is my 3rd Roomba/Brava combo.

Once vacuum learns the rooms it does an excellent job. It is a long process - takes two recharges before completing our floorplan which is hardwood/tile combination. The mop also works well in combination but does leave some streakiness. Both are Definitely back and time savers.

Do not purchase the s9 units. Many of them are having fatal "Error 31" issues. My only saving grace was a full refund 3mths later because I had extended coverage on mine. I had issues with the unit out of the box, refusing to return to dock when commanded to do so and not returning to dock on low battery during a job, leaving it to die under furniture or in the middle of the floor where it was ultimately tripped on causing injury. Then it shifted to clear brush errors, couldn't get 5min into a job without stalling in error and ultimately error 31, and this was with me wasting a lot of time caring for and troubleshooting the unit myself. The M6 mop unit has problems getting on and off the platform which irobot claims is an uneven floor problem. It isn't. When the mop head is put on and fluids into the unit, it leaks, slightly, making the area on the platform wet and slick, or when it dries the mop head then sticks to the platform, both of which prevent the unit from being able to disembark from the platform. Even if those issues are cleared up, there's yet a third issue going on where the wheels on the unit cannot get enough traction to get out of the wheel wells they rest inside when sitting docked, also preventing it from getting off the platform. Do not use the irobot floor cleaner, as it leaves nothing but cloudy residue on the floors and does not clean up any spots or spills.

CLEANS UP VERY WEL. NO ISSUES WHAT SO EVER A YEAR LATER

This is an awesome bundle of irobots. S9+ is very powerful and smart, M6 is quiet and efficient. Both of them are very helpful at our home.
