Garbage, stopped working after three weeks. It gets stuck as soon as it leaves the dock. Basically have an expensive paper weight. However when it worked…it was great!!! Now…far from good absolutely kissing terrible.

Had it less than one month and already throwing error codes.

Not worth the money, the machine constantly wanders around, will not hold the mapping, cannot find home base, very frustrating. My husband has spent hours and hours trying to get it to work.

It's decent when it works, but generally it doesn't. It bricked after 2 months and I called the manufacturer. They sent me parts which took a couple of weeks, did that and still bricked. Then they said to send it in for repairs. Did that. Got it back, still nothing. So then sent it in, got a new one. This one could never find it's home base from day one. It ends up wandering off and dying somewhere. Or gives an error to take empty the bin, which is already empty. Eventually I stop it, put it back on the base because I can't take the whirring of it running aimlessly. Only for it to start up a few minutes later, run of the base and then unable to find the base again. Brutal.

Works much better then expected! Keeps the floor clean and very efficient

Destroys area rugs when it runs. Most of the time though it get lost or stuck or just stops working for no reason. What a waste of money. We never even bothered to plug in the mop. Garbage.

Close the lid error - Though i close the lid it keeps on asking to close it again. I have a 150$ vacuum that never gave a problem from 2 years and Roomba is troubling me the day 1.

One of the worse things I have ever bought. The new D shape vacuum gets stuck in corners. It does horrible on my ½ inch pile carpet. It gets stuck then gets out of the bad spot and turns around and goes right back and gets stuck again. It cant find the base even when it is 5 feet from it. I could go on and on. The only thing it does half way good at is vacuum the hard wood floor. The mop can't even go over an area rug to get to the rest of the hard wood floor. Total wast of money.

I gave the iRobot Roomba s9+ and the Braava jet m6 1 star simply because the robot mop is not worth two dead flies! whatever it touches, it shuts down and needs assistance, it also just goes back and forth in the same place. Now on the other hand the robot vacuum is wonderful. I named her Faith, she was worth every penny. I had to return her because I bout them as a set, and I didn't know if I could just send one back. Just as soon as I get my refund for sending them back I will order the robot broom again just not the robot mop. I love my Faith and can't wait to get her back.
