iRobot - Roomba® s9+ (9550) Robot Vacuum. With High expectation, after 2 month long waiting finally it reached on IIIrd week of Dec. After few days of 3-4 partial vacuum the great robort end up in an "Error 31" NOW SITTING ON THE CORNER OF THE ROOM WATING FOR RETURN But "Braava jet® m6 (6112) Robot Mop - Black "is excellent doing its work so neatly and efficiently, SO FAR good.

It did not work right out of the box. The main company has taken three weeks to send new one. Terrible company.

It is working great . Nicely clean room and great performance.

The mop still works well but the vacuum started glitching and falling apart immediately. The Roomba company stalled my repair messages until the 1 year warranty expired and now will not replace the machine but states that its “irreparable.” I have been encouraged to trade it in for $100 credit but I will never buy another Roomba again!

This Roomba S9+ is a piece of junk! It only worked for a couple of weeks and after that i keep getting ERROR 31! It’s so dam* useless. I called irobot customers support and was told that they’ll send me a replacement and many weeks later it’s still hasnt arrive, I dont know even know if they actually sent one! Horrible product!! Waste of money, i should've just bought a cheaper brand! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Horrible system neither of the robots work. Day 1 keep getting error messages. Contacted support and they were no help they told me to contact irobot that bestbuy doesnt handle problems with this system even though i bought it from them. Wont even let me return it and it was within alotted time frame. Dont buy from bestbuy!!!

It did not pick up my socks and put them away. It's useless when it comes to putting groceries away too!! It came in black and in the picture it looked purple. that's what i wanted

The Braava mop works pretty well but the Roomba vacuum is just awful. Had this for about 6 months and the vacuum keeps having issues with the bin or the lid. Looked online for solutions and the suggested solution from iRobot was to "purchase replacement parts"... Tried calling warranty support but I'm put on long holds (almost an hour), just like you would expect.

I am still waiting for this order to be honored. It has been delayed again. I have gone reordered twice, going to the store as advised, to submit the order in person, which was thought to be the original problem. I still have not received the vacuum.

I was so excites to get this. I ignored negative reviews. Trust me this is a piece of junk thats super expensive and annoying because some sensor is always acting up. It was fine for like a week then i couldnt get it to work after messing with it for a few hours and watching online videos to help troubleshoot. Returned. Junk.

It it impossible when trying to get it to map my home.

I gave the mop 3 chances to map my main floor... never completed the mapping

There was a part on the Roomba that went bad and was covered under warranty. The replacement was defective as well but now iRobot is charging to fix it. The Braava Jet has never worked properly.

Does a great job! Saves me tons of time every day!

The cleaner wont charge and quit working after 1 use

Wouldnt even do a simple connect to a wi-fi router. Tested on multiple devices and it rejected the correct password. Even the iphone app is garbage enough that I knew this would only be the first of many problems. Returned without even testing its functionality as a vacuum.

Do not buy this. You just return it. The product has to many flaws.

The Roomba will keep your floors clean, the suction is very powerful. They communication with each other, when one is finished the mopping beginnings. I just sit back and watch when leaves me to do other things I need to get done.
