Horrible! I bought the once online at BestBuy ... returned/exchanged because it didn't work. Then I end up bring it back and getting my money back. I ordered one from Amazon and it worked and is still working GREAT!!!

Constantly broken, replaced 3-4 times warranty great but fine print your still paying for new warranty each time adds up after 4th switched to roborock

Before you use it make sure you pick up EVERYTHING off your floor including anything that can get knocked over by being hit into VERY hard. This knocked over a bicycle and broke a wheel. Has dragged a large potted plant across the house spilling dirt everywhere. Gets stuck under kitchen chairs and drags them into other rooms. Moves end tables anywhere from a few inches to a foot as it bumps them to clean. Will be returning this. As soon as the roborock S7 MaxV Ultra goes on sale again I'm switching vacuums.

I really wanted this to work out to keep up with the dog hair. We have hardwood floors with area rugs throughout. It pushes the rugs and then gets stuck on them. Purchased a cheap model with LiDAR and it works.

Extra high rugs will pose a challenge with the bigger debris but for a reasonable expectation of cleanliness, this unit provides excellent cleaning capabilities. We love it and recommend it.

Haven’t used it once can’t get it connected to Wi-Fi. Been talking to IRobot for a week still not connected

The vacuum does not work. After time spent on phone with iRobot, they decided to send a replacement. Problem is that it is on backorder. They do not know at this point when we will receive the replacement. I am trying to decide whether to wait or take the whole thing back to Best Buy.

I bought a full price brand new roomba and received a dusty returned item. It had more than dust, hair in the roller. This is my last purchase from Best Buy.

This vacuum and mop doesn't do the job. We ran it on our hardwood floors 5 times in 5 days and still could take a white damp cloth and get lots of dirt on it right after getting done. Call I robot with no results. A waste of my money

3 months after purchasing this kit, the Braava Jet still struggles to find the base. About 25% of the time it never finds it and 25% of the time it backs into the base from the side and just pushes the base around on the floor.

It keeps on getting stuck saying the brushes are dirty.

The Roomba S9 stopped working within few weeks. I paid so much for a defective product and now i am stuck with it because the problem started after the return period expired! Worst customer care from Best Buy and iRobot team.

Had to return the originals for this same reason. These still continuously need my help. I.E. getting stuck and can not find the home base, which is right by internet modem. Over it.

This expensive robot gets "stuck" several times in one cleaning........even if it is in the middle of a room. It requires too much attention and having to continually go to the app for attempting to re-start the robot.

DO Not buy from Best buy. Worst return policy and items are defective or refurbished

The combo started off okay, vacuum was good and mopper was acceptable. Less than a year later, the vacuum is completely unsable and iRobot support does not respond to emails. Its my second iRobot vacuum that has broken within less than a year. Switched to Roborock S7 maxV Ultra and its lightyears ahead of iRobot. Dont waste your time (and money) here

Good product thus far. I cannsee it and hear it doing the job it was bought to-do, so I’m very happy this far.

This was a great investment to be able to clean floors when not at home and spend more time with family.

Returned this item. It wouldn't work right would only run for a minute or 2 then would send me message saying it couldn't complete the job and would just sweep in circles

Just took it out of the box. 2 minutes later, error 31!! Did everything i could, still not working.
