Good , have older version upstairs and wanted to have the setup in 1st floor - lil noisy but do the job

Very happy with the vacuum. The mop leaves streaks, but that's really my only complaint. Buy the vacuum. Don't waste your money on the mop.

So easy to use and it actually works! It’s as of a person is actually cleaning.

My floors have not looked better. Only downside is i hoped it was quieter so it could run in the nights as my family was asleep.

Great product cleans well but doesn’t clean areas that well

After a couple of phases through the first floor of my house, it built a very good map of the area.Have not run a regular vacuum to see how well it has picked up dirt but from what I can see and what I hear when it cleans the dirt bin, it is doing a good job. Need to be careful of charging cables hanging down as they will get stuck in the roller. Still deciding if I should block off under end table to prevent getting close to cables. Was surprised when I had robot clean back room and my dog kept getting in the way for the direct route to the back room it went the long route to get to the back room to clean.

So cool device... Cleaning the house has never been so easy. We have set up the roomba on scheduling, so at it's set time it automatically starts, cleans the house and go back to it's home. The wonderful feature is that it cleans itself too, which is so convenient. I am planning to buy the 2nd roomba for second floor too. But would wait for some tim before I make another big purchase. Buy the combo and price is great than buying separate ones. 100% recommended.

The Vaccum is great, mop not so much. Leaves streaks on our ceramic tiles.

This is my second purchase of this product. The first one would not connect to wifi. Works well on both wood and carpet.

EASY TO SETUP , took a bit to create map but given its large space . It did nice Job .

cleans and mops throughly maps the rooms and you can set the areas to avoid from the map very easy to setup

They look great and work very well. Im pretty impressed with the vacuum especially, love that it self empties the bin, and once the map of the home registers it really provides a lot of customization options. Works way better than my older iRobot vacuum. It is somewhat loud, especially when the bin empties. The mop is also good, very quiet. Does leave some streaks, so not perfect. Way better than the older bravaa mop.

The M6 mop so far has worked amazingly. The S9+ has been a TOTAL disaster. The second day after receiving my s9 it started throwing an error 31 code. Even after several factory resets it would not function and throw the error 31 code. I have since received a replacement, the replacement kept throwing an error that the bin wasn't in the vacuum even though it was. After a factory reset it would work for a little bit, then it too threw the error 31 code. After a factory reset, it went back to the bin not being installed error. Now it's stuck on the error 31 code like the original and no matter how many factory resets stuck on error 31. I even removed the battery and did factory reset and still stuck on error 31. I called iRobot support and since this was my 2nd time having issues they needed to "escalate" to their escalation department and someone would call back within 24-48hrs. After 72 hours of no callback I called them and they said I needed to wait for the call back. It has now been 96hrs and still no callback. This is the worst customer service I have ever received for such an expensive product.

Great cleaning for a robotic vacuum. Setting up mapping is tricky but once done works well. Suggest taking time to view YouTube videos before starting. This is the only issue I have had and it is not major if do so.

This bundle really overcame my expectations: the vaccum robot does an exceptional job cleaning carpets as well as hard floors. And after that, the M6 goes mopping everything pretty well too. The only obvious inconvenient, is that are some places that they don't fit in to clean and then I need to do it manually. The the map work's perfectly and tha job they do is pretty decent.

Really good once you set it up. Let both the vac and mop do multiple runs on the mapping mode. It will make your life easier.

Vacuum and mop work great. We have three dogs and used to have problems with little drifting pet hairs. The Roomba is able to clean the whole house when we're at work and there are no pet hair problems now. The Braava is a great edition to save you time from swiffering the house, but isn't ground breaking in the work it completes.

It acted a little funny straight out of the box. Very strong suction emptied into base great. Then in about 4 months it wouldn’t charge anymore. It 5 or 6 Ty from base and stop because it had no charge. I had a J7 before this and it worked great. So returned the S 9 and got the new J 7 combo vacuums then goes back out and mops. Love it

This was my first Roomba purchase and I am very please with them. The mapping feature has been very nice to be able to assign cleaning in certain rooms on a schedule. The auto empty of the vacuum is really nice. The vacuum itself is louder than I had anticipated, but that is due to is high suction ability. Price point seems a little high overall though.
