This was my first Roomba purchase and I am very please with them. The mapping feature has been very nice to be able to assign cleaning in certain rooms on a schedule. The auto empty of the vacuum is really nice. The vacuum itself is louder than I had anticipated, but that is due to is high suction ability. Price point seems a little high overall though.

It works well. Great suction but has a problem going over area rugs without getting stuck. The mop part works approximately.

I work 2 jobs, have a dog that sheds a lot, a 8 year old that loves to walk outside with no shoes on and a bunch of hard wood floor. Both my bravva and iRobot do so well with keeping up with my floors. I hate sweeping 300 times a day, so I set these off daily. Just make sure you follow the instructions on where to put it or your robot with do some crazy stuff trying to find it’s home.

I’ve had several earlier models of the Roomba, but s9+ is the first one that thoroughly impressed me. Finally I can schedule cleanings without the constant stops to empty the bin. And the Braava Jet m6 is a great companion that knows to mop after the s9+ vacuums. Together these definitely keep the floors free of dog hair and paw prints!

Game changer! I live in the dusty Southwest and my floors are always clean. Mapping is important... Dont worry about actually cleaning for the first 3 days, although the units will. First thing you need to do is do a mapping run for both units, seperately. 1 - Run vacuum on mapoing run, at least 3 separate times, over the first 3 days. You can run the mop directly after the vacuum, each time. IMPORTANT : use the "DRY PAD" on the mop for each mapping run. If either unit is not picking up a specific area, pick up the unit from the base. Carry that unit to the area it hasnt mapped, and place it at the mapped area's edge facing the unmapped area. Then start a mapping run, and it will enter the unmapped area and map it. Once mapping is complete, set scedule and enjoy clean floors. For the mop tank, with a wet pad, I use 20% Lysol with 80% water!

My floors have never been cleaner. Great mapping. My hall rug has tassels which causes iRobot to get stuck.

This is an awesome combination duo. They work great once the mapping is completed you have a lot of flexibility with the zones . My only pet peeve is that the mapping is separate for both these units i wish they can both use the same map as they both are from irobot. But other than that they work great

Worthy to buy. Way better than other products. Using it from last 2 months vary happy with the performance

Worst Robot vacuum ever. After running 5 map only runs without completion (caught/stuck/on a cliff), I gave up. I have owned 960 and i7. I wanted one for upstairs so I bought the new high end s9+ to replace the i7 downstairs. It was terrible. I returned the s9+ and bought the j7. Works like a dream. I love the obstacle avoidance of the j7 and the ease of setting off limit zones. 0 out of 10 do not recommend the s9+. Save your money

Both worked great out of the box. It took a few mapping runs to get the house mapped completely. The only issue is that some boxes were moved in the room that the vacuum is docked in and now the vacuum does not recognize where it is. It won't start new cleaning projects based off the map anymore. I am hoping a reset will fix the issue. We will just have to start the mapping process over.

Roomba and Braava perfectly fit our life style, and are helping our room clean while we are out for work. Sometime Roomba needs help to remove obstacles, but once we learn to predict possible obstacles all is good now.

Very easy to operate. May get stuck at times but other than that program it and off you go.

I had a Roomba before and loved it and bought the Roomba Vac/Mop combo. These are great products and really am happy with both - the little mop really was nice to clean the laminate wood floors

While expensive, the combo saves $100s. Both iRobot's work great. The s9+ has great battery life and can clean our home 2500+ sq ft per floor without recharging. The dirt disposal works fantastic and I only need to change once a month. The m6+ also works great. It does require you to load a pad and fill the cleaning solution, but a small price to pay.

I think I died and when to heaven. I have been using Roomba Robot vacuums and mops since at least 2016. They only get better. It takes a while to learn the program (mapping) and map your house with the s9+ and braava jet m6. After that, setting up routine schedules really saves a lot of time times. The s9+ (9550) has great suction and works well on both my carpets, tile and wood floors. It is much quieter than the older models. I barely notice it and can run it in the same room while I'm working, if necessary. I really appreciate not having to bend down, pick up the vacuum, empty it and then return it to the base as was the case with my first Roomba 980 series (which still works like a charm - I have only replaces the battery once since 2016). The empty bin feature is my favorite!! The Braava Jet M6 is great and quiet. I wish they provided the a set of the washable pads with the initial purchase in stead of just the disposable ones.

Initially worked fine. Significant issues with the vaccum. very loud but powerful suction. 2 of the 3 stars are for the brava jet mop which is excellent. software & appare not the best either. wish roomba stands up to the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra for competition

Worth the money and invaluable for large homes. Only drawback so far is that the two are not tightly integrated. They don’t share maps and I can’t say just vaccum the kitchen followed by mopping the kitchen. Bravajet doesn’t do deep cleaning if there is a stain on floor. It would be helpful if it has intelligence to do deep cleaning if a particular area has more stain than other.

Fairly good robot vacuum compared to the couple I used to own years ago.

I’m impressed but it’s not perfect. The “keep out” zones don’t work all that well. I also expected it to learn the floor plan in a more efficient way. I’m disappointed in the mop. It’s great that the two can share the same map, but the mop cannot move from the kitchen and the entry etc if there is carpet in between. You have to physically move the Braava jet to have it clean each separate area. I would not buy this unless it’s on sale.

Expensive, but works well. Mop is amazing and vac has good suction
