We have had many robot vacuums over the year. Each one named Bender. This is the best one so far.

Worst irobot. Gets lost, doesn't go back dock station, doesn't AUTO EMPTY as advertised. Rebooted twice and still doesn't work right. Haven't had a week!!!!!!

Works great. My 1st roomba, i went in with lower expectations and this vacuum does what i want it too.

Well with a name like Roomba….. You know you are getting a quality product. This is my third one, and have loved all of them so far. If you have a small space without obstructions… this is PERFECT for you. Why do you want a smart robot vacuum? Most likely so that it does the work while you are away or doing something else. And this handles that task really well. Bonus…. This one has an auto cleaning station. Setup is a breeze, download the app, connect to your wifi and you are pretty much ready to go. You can set a schedule for it to start running, you can manually trigger the job from the app anytime, or you can et a proximity control so it runs when you are away. Personally I want it running when I am home in case it gets stuck on something or needs assistance…. I do not want it to cause an issue when I am not home to help resolve it. Now….. if you are wanting a smart robot vacuum that has a mapping tool, or a way to exclude certain zones then you will need to look for a different model from Roomba. This one is very simple and straightforward. Definitely for a smaller space and a space that has no furniture issues that it will get stuck under. It does a very basic back and forth pattern and attempts to get around obstacles in its way but I have had other versions which do a better job at obstacle avoidance and not getting stuck under furniture. Set up is easy, it does a good job vacuuming, I really like the self cleaning mode…. But we have a large open space and I would prefer one with a mapping or zone feature so I can do a certain area only when needed. This is a great option for someone starting out for the first time or who has a smaller space to clean. It worked well on our hardwood, tile and carpet areas. I am only giving it 4 stars as I would have liked the additional mapping or zone features which come with other models.

I am not real happy with my roomba. Always some issue with getting stuck,not emptying, running at random times throughout the day. I have rebooted it a couple of times which has not helped. I have a 9am set time everyday but it will randomly run whenever it wants. I already upgraded to this one from one my daughter bought me for Christmas that had issues. I just wish it would work as it's suppose to. Any help is welcomed before I have to take this one back. Thank you

I love my iRobot. I use it daily and it cleans good.

This is the worst robot vacuum I have ever had. The $120 eufy vacuum I had previous to this one was much better. This vacuum is loud, gets confused too easily, and misses a lot of spots. I have yet to have one day without having to get the vacuum unstuck from somewhere. Do not waste your money on this product. If I could return it, I would.

Did not clean well at all. Side brush frequently snapped off while running. App was not very helpful for setting up cleaning routine.

Good but sometimes it doesn’t listen when you tell it to go home.

Does not work properly! Vacuums over the same spot for 15 min. Does not always empty after running for over 45 min.

Love this little helper, it save me time and you never have to be embarassed by unvacuumed floor when you recieve unexpected visitors.

The vacuum sucks up a lot of dirt and dust & i like that its not like an traditional vacuum so its very quiet if i ever need an vacuum in the future id definitely buy it again

Great product at a great price. Works very well on smooth flooring.
