Incompatible with Samsung S20 phone

Bad product

It didn't engage the cigarette lighter/outlet and therefore I couldn't get it to activate or charge the bluetooth unit. To be sure it wasn't the car's fault, I tested this in two separate cars and had the same issue. I will be returning it for a refund.

Yes. Does it sound great? Absolutely not. It doesn't even sound decent. I've tried 3 aux bluetooth receivers and this was by far the worst. Borderline unusable audio quality.
