A: That is a universal product that will work in any vehicle.

A: This device is used to connect Bluetooth streaming devices to an auxiliary input on a radio. This will not work to connect wireless earbuds to a device with a headphone jack

A: If your Lexus stereo has an audio input labeled “AUX IN”, then yes it will work. That is presuming that this AUX IN audio input is also intact and functioning correctly with the rest of the stereo.
