Ended up returning the system. Aesthetically it is very nice, however the app and functionality need more work. I will say that if they continue to develope the software end of it that I would consider purchasing a new version. Overall I think this start up company and products has a lot of potential. Unfortunately I need a system that is more reliable and user friendly now. If you are on a budget and need something to monitor for a door opening then it will suffice. It would be great for parents with young and inquisitive toddlers.

Exactly what we were looking for in a self monitoring alarm system. They have excellent email support too. I like that we are in control but have help with the equipment questions if needed. Great purchase.

So far the system has worked well for our home. Being able to control everything from our phones is great and I look forward to adding to it. My biggest concern is how quiet the Siren is. It's advertised as 110db but I can stand next to it and not be bothered while it's on the high setting. So I automatically have to purchase a satellite siren. We can't hear it go off if we are outside, or even the living room.

Bought this security system to avoid huge monthly payment. It works as advertised. Excellent self monitoring system.

I've been looking for an alternative to replace my existing alarm system that I've been paying monthly for. So far this has been great. Getting everything up took me around 20 minutes. The main thing I like about it is the app, makes it all very convenient, I can check and set it from anywhere I want. If I forget to set the alarm after I'm out, I can just pull out my phone. I also get notifications when my doors open and close which is nice. These features and the lack of fees make it easy to recommend over any traditional alarm system. I'm thinking of buying additional contact sensors for my other doors and windows, one caveat is this package doesn't come with enough.

The system worked well but the range to the sensors was probably a little shorter than advertised.

Good product so far, a little complicated to set-up, it is not as quick to set up as they make it out to be.

Alarm has worked great so far. The motion sensor did not work and the help Dept replaced it quickly. Very happy with the alarm system.
